Yes a firmware issue. I believe the argus 3 pro should auto update if enabled in the app, otherwise contacting support
can forward the new firmware. A lot of the other cameras will have auto update enabled in the future.

make sure auto upgrade is turned on in the client/app and the new version should download. If it doesnt, contact support and they will push the new firmware out. Also make sure your app and client are up to date as some settings only appear in the newer client/app also.

Have you been able to try the new v4.32 yet?
I believe the forum wont allow the hi res videos as they are in h.265 and forum only allowing h.264.
That being said you should be able to download the hi res video onto your phone. Is there an error or
only finding the low res actually downloads?

For this you could use a portable hotspot device with simcard that has wifi. Can connect WIFI cameras straight to this and only pay 1 sim. Lots of wifi hotspots charge via USB, so could easily power via solar

If the camera pack is not in stock with reolink, it may be in stock via their aliexpress store.
I have had some cameras not in stock in my country but could be purchased straight through aliexpress straight from China.

@campbell_99 That will depend on country. When the new version (4.32) is released, google stage the store updates around the world/devices. In Australia also only have 4.31 on my store, so id expect over next few days it will show up in the store.

i dont think is a specific min required level for high level. mobile reception can be tricky.
being close to a tower can be worse too lol, but if you have tried in different locations unlikely to be that.

one thing to check is how fast the 4g connection is. although you may have good reception, it doesnt mean it is a fast connection and may not handle the high stream data.
easy way to test is with a speed test in that location.
