Thank you for choosing Reolink. There are three ways to delete the recordings stored on the Micro SD card:1. The cameras will automatically delete the oldest recording if the SD card becomes full. 2. You can format the SD card to delete all the recordings. 3. You can take out the Micro SD card from the camera, then delete those recordings on your computer.
You are welcome. If you have other problems during operation, you can contact our support team for further assistance. Have a nice day:)
Sorry for the inconvenience. We have recently released our official cloud plans in US, CA, AU, and NZ. And we’re working proactively to support more countries, including the European ones, in the future. In order to protect our users' privacy, we still have a lot of work to do to compliant with the GDPR. Before the cloud service is available in your country, you may use SD cards to save recordings instead. We appreciate you for your patience. I checked this problem with our R&D people. May I know if you connect the RLC-423 to channel 1 on the NVR? If you are, it is normal that the camera on channel 1 is added to the Blue Iris. If you also want to add other cameras to Blue Iris, you should modify the video path according to the channel. For example, if you want to add the camera in channel 2 to Blue Iris, you should change the path as /h264Preview_02_main in step 5. Please check the sample graph in the attachment.lADPBE1XYDGYbmHNAiTNA2A_864_548.jpg
That because there only 8 channels can be assigned. If you want to connect more than 8 cameras to the NVR, you need to purchase 16-channel NVR on our website. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes, if you connect the camera to the NVR, you will not be able to access it separately. If you want to access it separately, you need to connect it to the router and let the router assign the IP for it. And then you can refer to How to Add Reolink Cameras to Blue Iris to add the camera to Blue Iris.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. Could you please take a screenshot of this post and send an email to support@reolink.com? Our support team will check it for you soon. Thanks.
Yes, this may be related to the settings of your phone. We suggest you log in this camera on another phone and see if the notification will alert you normally. If it still can't alert you normally, could you please send an email to support@reolink.com? Our support team will check it for you soon. Thanks.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. The false alert issue may be related to the position you install this camera and the sensitivity you set. You can refer to this article trying to avoid the false alert, refer to How to Avoid False Alerts on Reolink Cameras. If the camera still can't get an accurate detection, please send an email to support@reolink.com for further assistance. Thanks.
Alert notifications may sometimes have a delay, which is normal. May I know what does awake mean? You will also receive the notification even if you turn your phone into silent mode, but it will not make a sound. It will display as notification banner on the screen.
You may have misunderstood what I mean. I mean you can turn up the volume of your phone to adjust the sound you heard on your phone side. If you can't hear the sound comes from the camera side on your phone clearly, you can turn up the phone volume to adjust. But the volume of the camera side can't be controlled at present. I know it is unreasonable, now we are working on this. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
The Status LED option is only available to Reolink battery-powered cameras. If your camera is the battery-powered camera, you can turn off the status LED referring to Turn off/on Infrared Lights or Status LED via Reolink App.For other IP cameras, the status LED cannot be turned off at present, I will transfer your suggestion to our R&D staff and we will notify you if there is an update. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. Thank you for choosing Reolink.
Please find the way to install the security mount in the attachment. Install-the-secuirty-mount.png
The screws are used to fix the camera to the wall, you need to drill holes on the wall according to the template at first, then use the screw to fix the camera. And you can install the antenna to the camera at first, then screw the camera to the security mount. Please find the way to install the security mount in the attachment. If you have other problem during operation, please send an email to support@reolink.com for further assistance. Thanks.
Sorry for the bad experience. The false alert caused by the change of day and night can't be avoided at present. But you can set the proper sensitivity to avoid the alert trigger by a bug or a flying bird. You can refer to this article to learn How to Avoid False Alerts on Reolink Cameras. In addition, we will forward your suggestion to our R&D people, we will notify you if there is an update. If the problem still can't be solved, please send an email to support@reolink.com for further assistance. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
