If you've enabled the auto upgrade on the Reolink App, the battery-powered camera will upgrade the firmware to the latest automatically. Please refer to Enable Auto Upgrade for Battery-powered Cameras. If you have problems during operation, you can send an email to support@reolink.com and they will check it for you soon. Thanks.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. You can't set the file type and interval on NVR in FTP settings page at present. We are working on this and will try our best to add these two options to NVR as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Glad to help you solve this problem. The firmware upgrade for the battery-powered camera is different from other cameras. If you've enabled the auto upgrade in upgrade setting page, you don't need to upgrade the firmware manually anymore. Please refer to Enable Auto Upgrade for Battery-powered Cameras.
The red inactive means you've unbound the device on the cloud account and delete it from the device list. The gray inactive means you've bound this device to your account but not yet bound it to the cloud. The status of inactive will not affect the use. You can bind other cameras to your cloud account and this device does not occupy the binding quota as long as you've unbound it. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you for your suggestion. Yes, the battery-powered cameras can only be accessed via UID at present, sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. I will forward your suggestion to our R&D staff and we will notify you at the first time as long as there is an update. I know there are still many shortcomings in Reolink, we will strive to make our products more in line with the needs of the customers. Thank you for your understanding.

If the new C1 Pro you owned is the replaced one, you don't need to register anymore, you can skip this step. But if it is a new product you purchase on our website recently, you need to register again to obtain the warranty.
Sorry to tell you that the camera only can be displayed in four types. Full screen, four windows, nine windows, and sixteen windows. That's the reason why you can't find the option to display two cameras at the same time. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. Thank you for your understanding.
Please refer to the data of the HMDI and VGA output listed on our website to choose the monitor. You can ask the supplier if the monitor is compatible with the resolution we require.
If you don't want the IP address of the NVR always change at will, you can assign a static IP for it. And then the camera that connects to the NVR will be granted the IP address provided by the NVR. You can refer to Set up Network General Settings on PoE NVR to set the static IP. If you have other problems during operation, I suggest you contact our support team:support@reolink.com for further assistance. Thanks.
The recordings will be uploaded with fluent mode by default, if you want the videos with higher quality, you need to set the video resolution to clear. Please refer to Enable the Upload Automatically on Reolink Cloud to change the resolution. If you choose Clear, the image of recordings will be clearer and the recording time of cloud will be shortened. While the image will be less clear and the recording time will be longer under the Fluent Stream Type.
Yes, the notification relies on the internet, you will not receive the notification if you disable the internet. Just like you have to open the network to receive notifications from other apps on your phone. I can understand your concerns about security issues. But the most basic thing about a security company is to protect the privacy of customers and ensure product safety. Sorry that the battery-powered camera can only record when motion detected in order to save power. Argus Pro is a smart and mature camera, which does not have a security risk. But if you've stuck to return it, we will respect your choice and help you return it. If you have problems during the operation, you can send an email to support@reolink.com. Our technical support will check it for you soon. Thank you for supporting Reolink.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you, could you please take a screenshot of this post and send an email to the support@reolink.com? We will check it for you soon. Thanks.

Yes,you can't turn off the IR LED if you connect the camera to the NVR. You only can access the setting of the NVR on Client rather than the cameras connecting to it,this design is for security reasons. If you want to turn off the IR LED of one of the cameras, you can turn it off when you connect it separately, then connect it to the NVR. I know it is very inconvenient to operate, we will try our best to improve every aspect of our product. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Thank you for the video sharing. We suggest you change a Micro SD card for a test, the standard may refer to Choose Micro SD Card for Reolink Cameras. If the problem still exists after changing the Micro SD card, please send an email to support@reolink.com. We will check it for you soon, thanks.
Please make sure the place you install the camera has ample light if you turn off the infrared LED. You can refer to Which Reolink Camera Supports Infrared Lights Option to learn more about the PoE camera that supports infrared LED.
Per our warranty policy, the camera will not under the warranty if you dismantle it, so we don't suggest you do that. You can visit Warranty&Return page to get more details about our policy. Thank you for your understanding.
