If the camera is directly connected to the NVR, you need to turn off the IR light via the monitor: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000495003-How-to-Enable-Disable-IR-lights-via-Reolink-PoE-NVR?source=search
We do not recommend using a 2G network, which may cause connection problems.
We are testing the Go PT firmware that supports this feature. Please wait patiently.

The camera settings can indeed be synchronized to Synology. However, since Synology's own playback page does not support screening person/vehicle recordings, Synology can only playback any motion or 24/7 recordings. If you need this feature on Synology, you can make a request to Synology, and we will also feedback this need to Synology.
Thank you very much for the suggestion, we already forwarded it to our R&D team. They'll see whether we receive similar feedback and put it into the schedule. It will take time to evaluate the request and to achieve it.
We have not yet set a specific release time, but you can pay close attention to our official website updates: https://store.reolink.com/
Sorry about that. Could you please submit this issue to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/? Our support needs to check some detail with you. And they will provide further help.

Sorry that we don't have a locking mechanism to lock the camera, but we will feed your needs back to our R&D department, hoping to improve in the future.
Sorry to tell you that this is related to the settings of Synology. If Synology does not support marking person and car, we cannot change these settings through the camera. You can consider directly using Reolink software to playback the person and car videos.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We have released the newer version, please install the new version to see if it helps: https://reolink.com/software-and-manual/
Have you try to adjust the sensitivity of the camera so that it could be triggered more easily?
The latest Client can adjust the playback speed, have you upgraded it to the latest one?
Ok, we will notify our R&D team for further check. You can also send an email to support@reolink.com for further troubleshooting.
