Please make sure that the firmware of your NVR is the latest one, and you are using the latest software.Check if the lag will exist when you use the Fluent mode. Also, please make your NVR and phone/computer connected to the same router.
If your camera is connected to the router, and also add to your NVR, on your APP, it will appear as a camera under your NVR, and it will also appear as a separate camera. You can disable Auto-add device automatically function on your APP, and then delete the separate camera. After that, the camera will not appear as a separate device on your APP.
Please upgrade your NVR to see if the FTP issue can be solved. If you cannot upgrade the NVR successfully, please contact our support team at support@reolink.com. They will help you.

It is not recommended to use a third-party camera on Reolink NVR since there may be compatibility problems, and it is difficult for us to troubleshoot on the third-party camera. We recommend you to use Reolink Cameras on Reolink NVR.After considering compatibility issues, if you still want to use 3rd party cameras with Reolink NVRs, you could choose cameras that support ONVIF and RTSP protocols.
