Hello, the input voltage of the Reolink DC Power adapter is 100~240V which is compatible to use for all countries. And the output voltage of the DC power adapter is 48V 1.87A.

It may be that the network is not good, so the app will automatically switch the network.It may be a problem with the app, you can try uninstalling and downloading it.
Maybe it is because the shape of the camera has made the spider able to create the webs. And the ir light can attract inserts so that the spiders made the web. The only way to make the web disappear is to clean it. I know the camera is mounted quite high, you can see if there is a long broom that can sweep away the spider web.
We are sincerely sorry that the battery-powered cameras don't support the API access. Most third-party software doesn't have the battery management option that allows the camera to enter the power-saving sleep mode when no motion is detected, thus they can't work together.Therefore, we recommend you to access Reolink battery-powered cameras via Reolink software.But I'll forward the issue to our R&D team and they will pay close attention to it.

Since you mentioned that the camera is placed high, you can see if there is any long broom that can help you reach the lens of the camera and then clean the webs. But I think maybe the shape of the Lumus may help stop the spiders to create webs. Lumus doesn't have the place for the spiders to create the web. You can order one to have a try to see if Lumus can help solve this issue. broom.png
Please try to make the camera and the computer connected to the same router to see if it works.You can also try to run the Client with administrator privileges.What's more, please check if the same problem exists in both Fluent mode and Clear mode.
