@email_525317533946102 Just one, the Reolink battery Trackmix plus 4G with big solar panel.I have the Argus 3 Pro and Ultra together with DUO 2 battery model and I untag motion detection. Only AI as otherwise I will receive an avalanche of false alarms.
@user_667513685061740_667513685061740 And clips should be sent in high definition.
@user_653223226212358_653223226212358 You see. I was confident that your firmware was quite old. Then enjoy and let us know if you need further clarifications. Occasionally email support to see if there is a firmware update. Sometimes the download center site is not updated.
@kimchigun We have requested this for each detection object together with a schedule for sensitivity. Maybe during the night one needs to increase the sensitivity.I suggest you to submit your request to support. The more requests they get from customers the higher the probability of being implemented.
@guessy_305491556810936 Data transfer capability depends not only on the medium but more specifically on the source processing power which in this case is the camera. It can be seen from your video that the max data transfer is around 1.7MB/s or 13.6Mbps which is not that slow either. I have high end servers HP G10 and when I transfer a 20G file, the transfer rate is around 40Mbps. The issue I see is that somehow the transfer occasionally stops and this has to be sorted or improved. Maybe in the recent versions they change the mechanism of saving the data to HDD. I did inform Reolink accordingly.
@user_679517071716589_679517071716589 All you need is Filezilla/Cerberus ftp server application running on a PC and allow the cameras to upload the recorded files via FTP/FTPS. Moreover there are cloud FTP hosting services which you can subscribe to until Reolink upgrade their cloud service to accept all Reolink models.
@ml_812798949916887 According to their roadmap, this shall be available during 2Q2024.
@big_ted Actually I encountered this myself and did report it to support. Hopefully it will be added in a Win client upgrade. I am still on 4.35.1.1. Will ask for the beta to test it out.
Virgin Media VM routers till HUB 5 don't support POE on their Ethernet port (most home BB routers eg Sagemcom, Thompson, etc don't support POE) and so you need to purchase a POE switch (if the camera is POE) or a POE injector if the camera doesn't support POE but have an Ethernet port (data) and power port. Ensure that the POE injector/switch can support both the 802.3at and 802.3af in active mode as Reolink have some models which support one mode and not the other. Moreover check that the power output of the POE injector/switch meets the power requirements of the camera. Which E1 model you have purchased? I have the E1 OD and this doesn't support POE. Data and power are distinct and so here you need a POE injector. Note that the voltage is at 12V and it consumes around 1A at max load.....so you need 12W as the power output of the injector. Reolink have a range of camera models you can choose from. Ensure that you know well your requirements and try to find the model which suits you most. Battery operated cams are flexible and useful where there is no power outlets in the vicinity. But they have their downfalls too. They cannot record continuously and lack the pre-recording (say 15s) before the camera is triggered. So if the object passes the FOV quickly then you might miss the object. And yes battery operated cams don't support FTP/S but can store the video on to the internal SD or the cloud. I still cannot understand why they can store it to the cloud and not to an FTP server. Anyhow it's their strategy and design.
@neil_chaplin_is_450076909830276 Unfortunately this is not yet available. I have already suggested support to have1. A scheduler for each recording object type2. A scheduler for detection zone for each object type3. A scheduler for sensitivity for each object type4. A scheduler for the push/email notification for each object type5. A scheduler for the scene mode
@houseincloud_668925273444384 uh....this is old. So email Reolink support and tell them to push you the firmware. Please provide the UID, hardware version and your current firmware.
@kevin_476142842638551 Good.
@user_690764225642642_690764225642642 Unfortunately the schedule under shortcuts hasn't yet been implemented. Last year we have asked for it in a survey and so far we didn't see it implemented. Maybe for them this is not of a high priority.
@rob_631717169750022 I would leave it BUT I would add the stretch as an option.
@ks This has been solved in the new Android client 4.35.0.7 by adding the volume control. This shall be shortly available in google play.
@mlandman_783462893965538 submit your request to support on support @ reolink . ComThis is what we normally do. The more requests the higher the probability of being implemented.
@albator_681579469856921 I checked with my friends and they got the same error code. Therefore you are not receiving any push message notification when camera is triggered and you have the push notification enabled. Seems a global issue. Thanks a lot for confirming.
@jfbaro_664228245382261 Not yet. No dates provided so far.
@tw98 As for the Reolink watermark, you can remove it by disabling the watermark under DISPLAY. And for the FTP, you have to select which stream (Fluent, balance and clear) shall be ftped. For the other requests, I suggest you to submit them to support on support @ reolink . com
@arestis_676622578688071 Point 1: Unfortunately none of the Reolink products are able to perform update automatically. Recently they have introduced this auto upgrade on their Windows client and when I tried it it failed. I had to upgrade it manually. I guess they have sorted it out.Point 2: Have you upgraded the client to 8.8.5? Are you able to connect through the iPhone using both WIFI and Mobile packet data?Point 3: I did request this too. It would be very handy especially if you have a number of cameras. Point 4: We have requested Reolink to add STATUS and a schedule for the scene mode. We have also requested the Geofencing but I didn't see any feedback from Reolink if and when this shall be implemented.
