I have E1 OD and Trackmix with auto tracking and sometimes they don't revert to their guard position. So i have to manually set it again. Problem is with the gear mechanism. My solution was to disable autotracking as these are on my remote summer house.

Note that E1s are known to suffer from this problem.

@pierre-gielen_288801745879289 Definitely sending emails from the camera directly. A lot of members did implement this until Reolink comes with a finite solution :(.

FTP just transfer the file to an ftp server. So you need an application to go through the file and detect the object which triggered the detection and send this to your smartphone. For sure it will take much longer. If I recall correctly your application won't start analysing until file transfer has been completed and this implies minutes. So you will definitely stay with pushover.

Nothing to lose to experiment with FTP. This is fun........... at least when I do troubleshooting on mega systems it's fun. IMS/Mobile/Fixed/LI/Networking etc

@reolink-lorenz Once again we have the issue of the notification sound. It is taking the default notification sound and not the one selected. Please ask dev team to fix it and provide an updated client.

Can you let us know what are the plans for Reolink to introduce geofencing? And how about having a multitude of push notification? Perhaps rich notifications. Your competitors already have them for quite some time. You need to act fast to lead in this market.

We rigorously test the application before releasing it to ensure that existing and new functions work as expected. We used to dedicate substantial time in testing but it really paid off. The phenomenon of reloading or getting powered off in the middle of running can result from the insufficient power supply and poor-quality PoE cables.
