@reolink-fiona And now we have the 2.4G/5G WIFI selection as depicted below.Personally I would have expected additional features as requested by customers. Any other changes made to the code so we will do more specific tests.
@user_786298389987560_786298389987560 For battery operated cameras, the communication is released after 5 minutes and user is prompted if he/she wants to keep the session. This is used to save battery.You may submit your support. I have already told them this should be an option and user selectable.

@boomish_893913578897601 Which Doorbell cam is this? WIFI/POE or battery. I have both the WIFi and the battery doorbells. With the WIFI I have no issues at all. But with the battery doorbell, there is a delay of around 5 to 8s to log on. Push notifications works fine for both.You need some time to get accustom to Reolink cams. Consider yourself changing from Juniper/Fortinet to Cisco.I use Android and Windows clients and I don't use their NVR. I integrate them with HA and ftp clips to an ftp server. The nicest part of Reolink is that there is no subscription and all functions are onboard. But I do agree that they lack in software and functionalities. We have been telling them what we need to have and improve. We voice our concerns but it's up to them. There are lots of camera suppliers and customers may easily migrate if they see a better supplier with better cameras/software and better customer service. Business is not about quantity but quality.
@kimchigun they need to add a fully fletched IFTTT and it would be easy to instruct what other cams to perform. Maybe they are relying on 3rd party appl like HA to do this. But if I am Reolink SM I would do it in house. Programming is fun...@Oskar Can you add Kim as a moderator to support customers. He is an experienced engineer too.
@big_ted I am looking for these two models too :). Same taste.And yes we hope to see Reolink investing in more testing and provide more stable clients. We are here to assist in testing.

@chopstix Agree. But it would be more flexible if the camera can provide a number of monitoring positions which can be scheduled by the user. Maybe during the day positioned towards location A, afternoon towards location B and during the night towards location C. This has a pan of 355 degrees and so would be nice to add.
@reolinkshayla Excellent. More enhanced kinky products. However, please ask your sw dev team to evolve more on the software aspect.
@big_ted Nobody is asking anymore for the Windows version. More customers are using the Android/IoS and 3rd party applications like HA, BI, etc. Even Reolink are not updating their Win and Mac clients.

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 In my last requests I have been through this. For me it seems that the front support is AI based. Irrelevant questions and email not read. To update a firmware I sent 5 emails. Previously in one email I got the fw pushed to my UID.I have already expressed this to support. It's up to them to improve.
