@john_350143387672724 This was announced by the new Admin Lorenz. Thanks for stating it again. There is no harm of repeating.
@user_716941955403919_716941955403919 Before answering your questions you are thinking of installing the camera at a remote clinic where patients attend and talk to you?
@pietronet_321732206801066 I am only knowledgeable on Android and Windows clients. Kindly email Reolink support at support(at)reolink(dot)com. Replace (at) by # and (dot) by . as we are not allowed insert url.
@nic-willcocks_674386319167653 Kindly report this to Reolink support.
@neoxen_689456600318178 Correct.
@user_716677721809041_716677721809041 Kindly forward these requests to support. Feature implementation is based on the number of requests made by customers.
@gc2469_333498658910393 Ensure you gave the latest firmware and client. In the client they have added the volume control of the doorbell speaker.
@user_713403785318571_713403785318571 This is by design and cannot be changed. High def uses H.265 codec.
@jonathan49 Good to hear that.
@user_716636273283299_716636273283299 I don't have the RLC-81A bit have the trackmix having wide and telescopic lenses. On the android client I can see both on the same screen. There uis an icon on upper right hand corner.
@goldenpeach432_475510997356680 Motion tagging shall be available soon considering the numerous requests sent to Reolink.
@mrbeben_716313180070056 Try to follow this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008584054-How-to-Bind-Reolink-Cameras-to-the-Existing-Cloud-Account/
@drealine_329342379503810 Yes, we did suggest support to add the backup and restore of configuration file on each cameras. Hope one day we will get it.
@nanuk_703854712033447 Why don't you use Reolink Windows/Android/MAC/Ios client rather than https. To reach the cameras using HTTPS you need to do port forwarding on your main router and assign a unique port for each camera. From the Internet you only see the public IP assigned to your BB router.
@deneumos_530496798220528 I have both the E1 OD ( IPC_523SD8 / v3.1.0.1643_22122400) and the E1 OD Pro ( IPC_560SD88MP / v3.1.0.2099_23042210). I have no issue in reading the recorded clips.The issue is either the micro SD card or the bandwidth. Do you have any issue in watching live view in Clear mode? Go to playback and set the resolution to Fluent and try again. Moreover install the Windows client and try to watch the recorded videos. You can download the video. If you can't download from either Android and Windows client then most probably you have a faulty micro SD. Try to swap the SD with the other one?
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I am running 8.11.0 on Windows 10 and 11 and have no issues. However, I did have an issue with the latest version but I sorted it out myself. Version 8.11.0 runs on Win 64bit architecture. I asked them to compile their new application for both 32 and 64 bit OS.
@user_713403785318571_713403785318571 You may use VLC. H.265 not yet support on most browsers.
@user_716592551424198_716592551424198 Good recommendations.
@christian Absolutely Correct. Only self signed certificate is used in HTTPS.
@user_714023666557100_714023666557100 You cannot import any PEM file. Reolink cams use self signed certificate.
