@reolink-daisy I prefer white 3:4 POE Doorbell which is not in your list :).
@user_782828081017023_782828081017023 On Reddit Reolink community I read that once a battery camera is connected to the hub, one loses the direct connectivity. So all the control of the cameras shall be through the hub. See point 3 in https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/1e4muu5/home_hub_qa/
@dave_wat_ BroadBand router............connected to ISP.
@reolink-daisy Thanks for the information provided. Kindly update us on the progress achieved so far on improving the calling feature? Customers wish to have the doorbell calling their smartphone similar to a normal call without having the application running.
@cotay_709776410894577 I suggest you to submit your request to support on support @ reolink.com. The more requests they get the more we see it implemented
@dave_wat_ I suggest you to check router? Could it be a DHCP issue in assigning IPs to the camera. Next time you have the issue try to restart the BB router instead.
@michael_822461022978268 You need to tag show processes for all users. Then since you earned the folder the client was not found. Good that you solved it. The resolution is better on the new client. I don't have issues do far.
@home_661149347971176 Indeed that it doesn't make sense to wait so long to re-post. I will take it up with Daisy to liaise with the site programmer. For battery operated camera it is normal that the camera goes off-line. You have to click on it to re-connect. But if the PIR detects an object it will record and send push notification or email if enabled. Is it correct?
@norfolkbea_484078649475294 But the ambient lighting is different unless they are in the same position. I had an RLC811WA behaving like that and I did change that setting and now it's fine.
@user_599425412919363_599425412919363 Email support and they shall provide you with a fw.
@norfolkbea_484078649475294 The ambient light is within the threshold of the IR sensor. Follow this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/14608263489945-How-to-Set-up-Black-White-and-Color-Switching-Threshold-via-Reolink-App/
@user_798532289949870_798532289949870 I do not have this model. But as you stated if during patrolling it detects an object it should continue to track it. I suggest you to take it up with support on support @ reolink.com
@buckshotlee_479224852648083 Try to install an external IR illuminator.
@dave_wat_ Are you trying to connect from home WIFI or an external network? And if you try individually? What is your upload speed of your BB router (ISP)? For each camera you need around 12Mbps for 8MP camera.
@home_661149347971176 What do you mean stays-off? Can you elaborate? To do a hard reset follow this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006944693-How-to-Reset-Argus-PT-Series/Try to get the camera near the router and start again.
@chris_828172529791192 Agree. I suggest you to submit your request to support on support @ reolink.com. The more requests they get the more we see them implemented.
@greg-rouble_520911357984897 I suggest you to submit your request to support on support @ reolink . com
@bamainark_709557840093322 It seems to be a Solar panel issue. If camera is still under warranty I suggest you to contact support on support @ reolink . com
@michael_822461022978268 Use task manager kill the processes shown below. And then from the main menu of the old client disable 'Run at startup'
@ahmed24_792373287792775 It is how it is designed. You may submit your request to support. I record person, animals and vehicle but I am only interested in receiving push notification message for person.
