Still not the quality I get from Trackmix, DUO 2, RLC 511WA and the Argus 3. I think that they need to improve the microphone circuitry. I still suggest you to contact support on support @ reolink . Here we suggest ideas and improvements but it is Reolink to decide whether to implement or not. They have their strategies.Personally the ads don't affect me at all. If they do I just simply ignore. They are on the main menu of the application which I seldom select. So I do not see this as an issue. I am a customer like you and on this issue I can't help. So I suggest you to take it up with Reolink Support.

@user_836084328157403_836084328157403 Yes, they are limited by file size and cannot be changed. Recall that there is size limitation too at the email server.A better option would be to ftp them to an ftp server if you don't have an NVR or an HA. This is what I do.

@tw98 As for the Reolink watermark, you can remove it by disabling the watermark under DISPLAY. And for the FTP, you have to select which stream (Fluent, balance and clear) shall be ftped.For the other requests, I suggest you to submit them to support on support @ reolink . com
