Now they have reduced the number of client instances to 3. Previously it was 5. Processor usage ... average 2.5%.

@Daisy. Kindly include what has been added, removed and improved in the new Windows client. And it will be nice to have these in the 'About' menu.

@zane There is something interfering on your system. I have been running the latest version with no issues.

@iaisrr_374152409329812 It doesn't support PoE, if you plug a PoE camera, you will need to use a PoE Switch or PoE Injector between NVR and IPC.

@dave_wat_ With Wireshark you can see if there is a request coming to your camera. But I cannot ask you for a trace as it will reveal personal data. For me it is strange that the UID is enabled and that you have other cameras which are accessible from an external network. I suggest you to take it up again with Reolink support.

@stevenlavigne50_713244953382940 Unfortunately the shortcuts (aka scene mode) only works on the camera itself rather through the NVR. So to make it work connect the cameras through a switch and then access the cameras directly for the shortcuts.

@dave_wat_ When this happens again, try to restart the router rather than the camera.

Are you familiar with Wireshark?

@reolink-daisy Whenever I see members attaching screenshots with UID I immediately inform them to delete or hide the UID. IPs if they are private it's OK.

Yes, I am using the latest Windows Reolink client. But as I stated it may be attributed to lower fps and bitrate.

To get previous versions....do a search on Reolink Android older version.

In the newest version they removed the volume and ear.
