@camking_345389512245453 You could have avoided all this simply by changing the SSID and password on the new router to be identical to what they were on the previous one. Two minutes job.Check out how on this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003589174-How-to-Avoid-Losing-Wi-Fi-Connection-When-Changing-a-Router-or-Router-Wi-Fi-Password/You should place your smartphone 30cm away from camera. You may use another smartphone if you have. I have two Argus 2 and did that a couple of months ago and didn't encounter any issue.
@myreolink_533265780207845 I suggest you to email support re your request. In my opinion the option to delete all files should be available and as you stated there could be two prompts followed by a disclaimer.
@reolink-fiona This week we heard about what happened to Amazon Ring where employees were spying on customers and able to access customers cameras without their consent. I have raised a number of points (scroll down) of how to improve security on the camera itself. Customer need to feel their cameras are very secured and being notified whenever an unauthorised user gain access.
@joseph_1979 Update: I am testing the E1 OD Pro 8MP and so far the camera always returned to its guard point position. The picture is crystal clear and the tracking works fairly well but if the object is a bit fast it will not track it.
@becky-nelson8_276064891314314 Try to assign same SSID and password on the router as the previous one. Otherwise you have to start afresh.Check out this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000423743-How-to-Connect-Reolink-Cameras-after-Changing-My-Router-or-ISP/
@boricua_659778394566667 As stated, if this is a kit then you should have the adapter. Please contact Reolink support.
@jimbrown-net Nice to hear that. Enjoy.
@rac8006_698631963971833 I can't reproduce your scenario. Can you help us through screenshots? Hide any personal information.
@jwilliams104_366956968054923 Watch this video on how to add another sound to notification sound list https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3i-cMmKOnMQBut now you have myraids of sound to chose from.
@user_698976851124366_698976851124366 Try to delete the camera and add it again.
@jimbrown-net In my opinion you should address this requirement to Reolink support.
@user_699546038657198_699546038657198 Which model? Try to reboot the camera and check again. You may also extract the SD and check it out in the PC. It may be an SD issue. What is the brand of the SD?
@boricua_659778394566667 So the micro USB to USB type C adapter was not provided? With the adapter it should be charging. Ensure the solar panel points to the South and tilt it to the appropriate angle for your latitude. Give it some time. You shall see the battery charging icon. If not try to change the adapter and also try to charge it directly from a charger. If you have bought the camera and the solar as a kit then the adapter should be there. Please contact Reolink support.
@rac8006_698631963971833 Better that you email Reolink support.
@user_699161836855451_699161836855451 I am running v8.10.4 on both win 10 and 11 and have no issue. It must be the C++/dll library.
@christian-meneghini_543174703677572 We have already requested this per detection object.
@albummi Currently some of their cameras (DUO 2, Trackmix, etc) have the IFTTT feature to switch on the floodlight and its siren. But the inverse doesn't apply. To achieve this they need to add IFTTT in their floodlight which I think it is not that difficult. I do observed that the sensitivity of the cameras relying on pixel changes per frame aren't that sensitive during the night. And I did ask Reolink to have sensitivity based on a schedule (e.g. 40% during daylight and 50% during the night). Here we give them a lot of brilliant ideas but it takes time to implement. Of course they have their strategy and their priorities.
@glenn_glennsson I just untag 'others' from the Recording and Push Notification and have no issue at all.
@snelling_369913647870160 Customers requested to have their own sound and so Reolink added this feature under the Notification category (Android). It is rather difficult to satisfy all requests but I see this as the most flexible. But as I stated you may ask Reolink support to send you the old sound file.
@shane The export config has been removed from new firmware. And if you export the config I do not think there is the import function. When you click browse, locate a folder on your PC where to save the configuration. Nevertheless there is not much configuration on the cameras unless you have tens of units.
