@semperfi2ya_607548527194853 Which model please?
@user_594027275649135_594027275649135 This is not yet available.
@jedi2020_32727772450952 The i-frame (or keyframe) interval controls how often an i-frame is created in the video. The higher the i-frame interval, generally the more compression that is being applied to the content, although that doesn’t mean a noticeable reduction in quality. For an example of how keyframe intervals work, if your interval is set to every 2 seconds, and your frame rate is 30 frames per second, this would mean roughly every 60 frames a keyframe is produced. That is the whole picture is sent every 60 frames.
@user_609316315234431_609316315234431 You're welcome. Enjoy Christmas.
@ks This has been solved in the new Android client 4.35.0.7 by adding the volume control. This shall be shortly available in google play.
@brian-dolson_407253936361623 If bandwidth is not an issue chose the highest values of resolution, fps and bitrate.
@magnust RLC510A is not battery operated. It's supplied through POE. In my previous comment I stated that the alarm delay has been introduced on a number of cams excluding battery operated cams.
@user_631336532095021_631336532095021 Can you restore the camera and re-configure it again? Restore shall set the parameters to their default value.You can do it from the Android/IoS/Windows/Mac client.
@upz If you have access through the application you can go to Advanced and click on restore. All the parameters are set to the default value with the exception of the WIFI.Do you want to change the WIFI setting?
@liamsligo_440194925559999 I have a number of different Reolink cameras configured to forward emails and never had any issue. I am using Gmail SMTP server. To use Gmail you need to generate the password from the Gmail account so as to avoid authentication which is not supported by Reolink.
@steven-dennis_466125782364360 You need a poe splitter which works with IEEE 802.3af (I dont think yours POE is 802.3at) POE to provide 5V power with up to 10 Watts peak power.
@user_609316315234431_609316315234431 Go to email/schedule and untag any motion.
@leohiga39_331795653021878 We have provided a solution to this. Please do a search on this site for the procedure.
@binal_604641989533702 Which camera did you purchase?
@diegosalerno_560796844831021 Good to hear your positivity on the video doorbell. Indeed the issue of low audio at the doorbell side has been identified some weeks ago and this has been resolved by adding the volume control to the speaker. This shall be available in the next Android release 4.35.0.7. As for the different rings, this merely depends on the application and not Android. Android limits the ring type per application. PMN can have embedded in it the type of ring tone. Recall that this is the first generation of video doorbell and we will definitely see new features in the next releases. Customers are asking for SIP calling and able to integrate it with the existing chime. Any additional ideas are more than welcome.
@terryjensen_510712816316578 I do not think there is a solution now. Previous Windows clients had an option to disable it but in the recent upgrades this feature has been removed. I have notified support to re-introduce it and its up to the customer if the camera drains the battery.
@user_642017179439167_642017179439167 I have the WIFI doorbell version and my communication is through the Android and Windows clients. So far no issue but wish to see more features implemented like SIP calling and integration with the existing chime. According to the description, the recording can be saved to the SD or NVR like any other Reolink camera.
@crimp-on_62210811129 I didn't refer to any brand. But from an ironmongery store one can find them. I found them at that price and are IP64.
@julian_481116254322917 Can you share a photo?
@md I cannot say with precision if there are issues with the SIM slot but I assume it is a normal one and wont think Reolink produced one of their own. This is the first complaint I ever came across on the SIM slot. Maybe defective one.
