If the FTP server is unreachable or the SD is momentarily unavailable then the transfer or saving will be ignored. This scenario can also occur with emails in the event the SMTP server is unreachable. Well I agree that they should introduce a retry feature but this will bring a substantial change in the way they transfer files.

@fuchsvonanzing_644892326830135 Use a browser to connect to your E1 Outdoor camera (http://E1_Outdoor_IP_Address) then go to Device Settings (upper right corner), then Network settings, then Advanced, then Setup (from Port Settings). then enable RTSP, then enable ONVIF and Save. Now the camera will be detected by the IP Camera app from Surveillance Station as [ONVIF] Brand and E1 Outdoor as model.

@md Correct especially if the FOV is relatively small. E1 OD was the first generation of auto tracking and since then a lot of improvements have been made. For instance the TrackMix is fast and one can set the speed.

@ks I reported this issue when I was testing the doorbell. They forward me client 4.35.0.7 which added the volume control. I have it on samsung s10+ and Samsung s22.
