@big_ted I do have the TrackMix WIFI model and have upgraded the firmware through the Windows client. I found some issues during testing and were resolved.
@andrius_222667781669037 Try to email support. Maybe they have a firmware to sort it out.
@crash_621478004826165 Power requirements for DUO 2 is DC 12V 2A. Have you checked that you have the most updated firmware on both the NVR and cameras? If you still unable to set the detection zones through the NVR then email support. They should get back within two working days.
@reocam_448003255267488 Kindly report it to the support so that they will fix it. Can you perhaps go back to the previous Android version of the client and repeat the scenario?
Has anyone encountered any low voice issues at the doorbell side when speaking from an Android smartphone running client 4.34.0.5? This issue doesn't appear on Windows client. To: Fiona. Can you let us know when it shall be possible to add the doorbell to the cloud?
@jjnakos50_34591702659274 Maybe you chose to reset the configuration after the completion of the upgrade and therefore you need to enter a new password.
@user_631952865763449_631952865763449 Definitely that you need credentials to log onto cameras connected to the Internet otherwise anyone knowing your UID can get access.
@afissgt_168957704896677 Did you try to separate the 2.4G and 5G SSID as T-mobile tends to combine them?
@deg_314940176240776 To the best of my knowledge this is not available through CGI. There is no specific command.
@user_602838199570465_602838199570465 Do you get this when you are on the same subnet or external network? Which model?
@nomahisssss_477125106348271 Maybe this will come with rich message notification.
@user_594027275649135_594027275649135 You should add them through UID. Ensure you have Internet connectivity and there is no firewall in 2nd pc.
@user_631311320047725_631311320047725 Newest stable Windows Reolink client is 8.8.2 which you can download from the 'download center'. Soon there will be the release of 8.10 which is in beta version.
@nancybiglou_599258431316120 Just install Reolink Junction box and place all cables in it. Go to Reolink site and have a look.Check here for Junction Box B10 https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025524954-How-to-Install-a-Reolink-Camera-with-Junction-Box?gclid=Cj0KCQiA4OybBhCzARIsAIcfn9n2MZpoDfFowtSDDz9l0xHoTXAIYGT_ekbVwZ9dgUH59kSFuh-_6EcaAmNpEALw_wcB
@mdunning_323765759099098 this has now been fixed in 4.34.0.5.
@big_ted Yes I got it too but in terms of communication establishment it is merely the same. Will do more checks. They added floodlights but we have no idea of what has been fixed so we test rigorously
@user_630330491916334_630330491916334 Try to add the cameras using the UID. Which model do you have?
@user_590515766046823_590515766046823 Extremely impressive. Thanks for sharing.
@user_601576255787020_601576255787020 Depends on which camera. Some cameras allow you to add users and you can give her/him the credentials. Such users are not able to change any settings unlike admin who has full control.
@outside_420763222073523 What did they upgrade? Please restore one of the camera and check again.
