@curls I do receive PMNs despite the slider sensitivity is shown as zero on Android application. Just set it through Windows client and don't touch it until this is corrected in the next update. This should be fixed in minutes.

@curls you mean the push message notification?Today I found all my cameras with push notification off and I didn't perform any changes at all.I was one of the first to report the sensitivity slider issue. Actually only the first one shows correct value while the others show the value of zero. However, if you check with Windows these are correctly set. So it is a display issue.

@weezy_622210795184172 Can you please select vehicle and person detection and disable any motion? Observe it for a day. I also propose you to download the video in high definition together with a screenshot of the detection zone and email them to Reolink support. They will determine what triggered the detection. If you have VLC you can see it...go to tools...effects and filters....video effects...advanced...select motion detect.E1 OD has AI detection and you have it too...under Horaire (schedule).... untag motion icon. Hope you have checked with Reolink support that you have the latest firmware. E1 OD firmware is not available in the download center.

@weezy_622210795184172 It has nothing to do with the SD, that's another stream. Would you be able to restore the camera and check again? By restoring the camera the WIFI settings are not deleted. The other settings have to be performed again.

@cameraman but if the device remained in state busy you have no alternative. Sometimes restart is required by some entities following an upgrade. Lately I completed an upgrade of the mobile switching Centres of an operator and on completion I had to do a reboot (of course after backing up the upgraded application system).

@cameraman Remove power plug and re-insert after 10s. If need invoke a reset. Ensure that the firmware is for your hw version.

@faasio82_480971996033257 the E1 outdoor is a good choice if you do not intend to use tracking a lot. The guard position deviates by say 10 to 20 degrees and so occasionally you need to reset it. So far this has not been resolved.
