@user_847287387496638_847287387496638 that's the transformer. So input to the transformer is mains 240V AC and the output varies between 8 and 12V. I do not know the VA of the transformer and if it is less than 12VA you might have an issue to power up the doorbell. It is recommended to have transformer with an output of 24VA. I cannot see the solenoid to activate the chime. Could it be in another box? If you find it you need to bypass it ...trans and out.
@bamainark_709557840093322 Check that the usb plug is well inserted. Has there been any strong winds? So the camera has been fully charged when charged through a power adapter. If the charge has been kept then the battery looks healthy. So either a connection issue or the Solar panel. If you see the charging sign from the applications, it means it is charging.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000658523-How-to-Check-Whether-the-Solar-Panel-is-Charging-the-Battery-or-Not/#:~:text=Method%201%3A%20Check%20the%20battery,icon%20shown%20on%20the%20camera.
@user_847102702784708_847102702784708 Do you know the previous SSID and password of the WIFI? If you know them then you can set your smartphone hotspot with these parameters and log on the camera. You need the password of the camera too. If you do a reset then all the settings including the WIFI are lost. You may try to email support on support @ reolink . com. But in the absence of the invoice from Reolink I don't think that they will provide you with the UID. Nothing to lose.
@user_835359262499047_835359262499047 Not yet. Maybe to get a better idea I suggest you to email support on support @ reolink . Com
@big_ted thanks a lot. There is the zero now :).
@crimp-on_62210811129 I tried to manually download it from their server and got access denied.
@big_ted Not yet available in Europe. In Ozzie, you are on the highest priority :).
@big_ted Not yet available on their Download Center. It shall include the latest (eg HUB) and any near future releases.Access denied : https://home-cdn.reolink.us/files/client/electron-release/reolink_setup_8.16.8.exe
@user_845778877505736_845778877505736 Are you recording to the NVR, HA or any other storage? Most probably you are getting recordings for any motion.
@rui-santos_493483414995146 I did more tests and didn't hear any noise interference on the TrackMix WIFI. What I noticed is the volume has been reduced.
@user_794450589253883_794450589253883 I did request these features and more for a year now. I suggest you to submit your request to support on support @ reolink . comI asked for the following implementation.
And this is all software. Routines are programmed once and they can me added to any model. Hopefully one day we shall see them. Fingers crossed.
@reolink-daisy I did update to 4.47.0.5 from 4.47.0.4 and would say didn't encounter any major issues. What I noticed is that the audio is slightly less clearer and volume is a bit low. As what should be added, I refer to the guy in Reddit who listed what features should be implemented.
@md Agree. Windows client is not meant for 24x7 recordings. Best option is to go for an NVR from same supplier unless one is knowledgeable and opt for an HA which can handle a multitude if devices.
@arlock_og I suggest you to submit your request to support on support @ reolink . Com
@dave_wat_ So for the camera which you are not able to see, get its UID from the info menu. Then on the smartphone, switch off the WiFi and enable mobile data. Run the client and delete this camera. Then add it again using its UID.
@anlau_746745411707081 Yes it's normal. What is your disappointment if I may ask? Perhaps the calling feature which is not what customers are looking for. I asked support several times to implement the calling feature using VOIP. They need to have sip servers at their end and add a SIP client to both the doorbell and the Andoid/ios clients.
@user_657449905848424_657449905848424 Good question.@Daisy: Can you answer this please?
@user_726740213256441_726740213256441 I never had any issue to connect to any of my cameras after an upgrade. So from the application point of view there is no issue as otherwise there would be an avalanche of complaints. The issue is normally at transport level which encompasses a number of entities between the cameras and the smartphone ( BB router, any fw rule on the router, upload bandwidth, any restrictions on the ports at ISP, mobile PGW, SGW, etc). From what you wrote you are using a VPN tunnel. So you are connected directly to your VPN server at home and skip any fw rule. Therefore check for any fw rules on the BB router.
@rui-santos_493483414995146 They will solve it as they did for other issues. If I have the source code I already did it :).
@dave_wat_ Just as illustrated below.
