@user_635667268984833_635667268984833 I would rather opt for an NVR rather than the iCloud. In the icloud you can only have recordings for certain time. If I recall correctly not longer to 24s. The cloud is mostly for battery operated cams since there is no ftp functionality. Just storing the clip on their internal SD. However, they have introduced the hub which shall download the clip to its internal storage.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007808214-Can-I-Adjust-the-Length-of-the-Cloud-Recordings/
@user_837930718695567_837930718695567 I do not see any angle of rotation in the command parameters. I suggest you to set presets and select them.
@reolink-daisy Hope we get more details on its mode of operation so we can support members.
@petegib_837719812001983 Have a look at https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/1dk9w9k/reolink_app_v446_released_nvrs_now_support/
@user_837984829792417_837984829792417 Try to install DirectX redist.
@user_715874138988770_715874138988770 if still under warranty they will replace them.
@novakat77_532037923430533 If you lower the speaker volume you will not hear anything as illustrated below.
@user_827770189607062_827770189607062 I don't have these units. Email support on support @ reolink . com and ask them.
@simes-tgi_801557520593052 I didn't see anyone complaining about this on Argus PT ultra. And do you have the same issue if you try to download it through the iphone or Android smartphone? I suggest you to email support on support @ reolink . com
@user_837930718695567_837930718695567 To get the name of the camera, use the following curlcurl -s -k -X POST -H "Content-Type : application/json" -d "[{\"cmd\":\"GetDevInfo\",\"action\":1}]" "https://#IP#/cgi-bin/api.cgi?user=#username#&password=#password#"Under devinfo look for the field "name":And you can set it to a pre-programmed preset say 2, usecurl -s -k -X POST -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d "[{\"cmd\":\"PtzCtrl\",\"action\":0,\"param\":{\"channel\":0,\"id\":2,\"op\":\"ToPos\",\"speed\":32}}]" "https://ip_of_cam/cgi-bin/api.cgi?cmd=PtzCtrl&user=USER&password=PASSWORD"
@reolink-daisy Inspirational design. We wish to have more F1.0 cams with wider vertical FOV and more robust communication protocol. And of course we would like to see some of the most requested features. Thanks and keep it up.
@jspwebb_346060713521356 As long as there is packet data and able to connect to 4G network it shouldn't be an issue. As I test, remove your nano SIM from your smartphone and insert it in the 4G camera. From the desktop check that you are able to connect. Ensure you have its UID. Which 4G model?
@mike_645758187544605 submit request to support on support @ reolink . Com
@user_836376424444144_836376424444144 it only works on Android and IoS platforms.
@stu_b email support on support @ reolink . Com
@mlandman_783462893965538 submit your request to support on support @ reolink . ComThis is what we normally do. The more requests the higher the probability of being implemented.
@user_836308618023126_836308618023126 have a higher rated backup psu.
@user_836203193905368_836203193905368 some idiots have nothing to do and place nonsense. You need to ensure that you do not have blind spots and have redundancy both in storage and power. Opt for POE cameras and connect them to a poe switch. NVR is a must unless you already have a HA. Which cameras suit you depends on your requirements. At reddit reolink the moderator compiled an Excel workbook showing their differences. You may have a look.
@crimp-on_62210811129 This is my opinion too.
@user_836846605496549_836846605496549 if the recording is off it should not record on SD. If you restart the camera, will it continue to record? And if restoring it?
