@cmenzani_233116272869504 As long as you have mobile data SIM with access to Internet then it shouldn't be an issue. You need to add the apn in a text file as illustrated at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900006968183-How-to-import-APN-information-to-Reolink-Go-PT/ Puoi tentare ad usare un SIM da windtre o TIM.
@user_817468512288967_817468512288967 I have the WIFI TrackMix and able to log on using Webui. The only issue is to play h.265 which Reolink failed to update. Make sure that https is enabled from networks/advances/server settings.
@kraze_644556700938245 You're welcome. I just saw the cmd format from the API guide and did the curl command without testing it. This is a peanut........ I used to program in Assembly Language something which nowadays nobody does or think of doing.
@user_817197822116021_817197822116021 RTSP is not available on battery operated cams.
@markus-klenk_669498755551272 It's reolink client.
@kraze_644556700938245 This is fairly easy. Check them out and let me know. If they work you shall receive 200OK ... like SIP for answer message 200OK :). Note that the Escape sequence is only needed for Win.To enablecurl -s -k -X POST -H "Content-Type : application/json" -d "[{\"cmd\":\"SetNetPort\",\"param\":{\"NetPort\":{\"rtspEnable\": 1}}}]" "https://#IP_CAM/cgi-bin/api.cgi?cmd=SetNetPort&user=#USER&password=#PASSWORD" To disablecurl -s -k -X POST -H "Content-Type : application/json" -d "[{\"cmd\":\"SetNetPort\",\"param\":{\"NetPort\":{\"rtspEnable\": 0}}}]" "https://#IP_CAM/cgi-bin/api.cgi?cmd=SetNetPort&user=#USER&password=#PASSWORD"
@dave_46854867264 Kindly send your request to support on support(@)reolink(dot)comI did request this to support together with a similar approach to non-detection zone (currently applied to all objects and there is no schedule).
@user_794512361480330_794512361480330 Which camera and which client?
@user_602187556462673_602187556462673 Their cloud service is merely aimed to battery cameras and the E1 models. I better invest in an NVR or a BI/HA software. Perhaps an ftp server coupled with SD will suffice. This is what I have. Note that battery cams don't have the ftp feature.
@thijs-franssen_801823825027267 You can determine this by capturing a wireshark trace. Use Cerberus or FileZilla ftp server.
@bernd-steggemann_191156860981457 I fully agree. Please submit your request to support on support(@)reolink(dot)com
@kimchigun Since it is under warranty I suggest you to ask Reolink (or from where you purchased it) for a replacement. Else ask support if there is any new fw.
@reolink_476567443320997 it's KM 2.5x5mm.
@c0nfick3r_781404561744056 If you did a reset and it failed to pair then I suggest you to take it up with support to get a replacement. Email them on support(@)reolink(dot)comI
@irreverentryan_369635623518336 Is this the case during the night? You could try to adjust the display settings brightness/shadow.
@vigy_591093180735512 Not yet available. You need to connect the NVR, POE switch and BB router to the UPS.
@raziackzing_301438517170383 An 8MP cam would need around 12Mbps at 30fps.........and so 100Mbps is more than adequate. So far most cams have 100Mbps ethernet ports.
@c0nfick3r_781404561744056 Try to be nearer to the doorbell first and then move it to the location. It uses RF 433MHz signal between doorbell and chime. Initially I did had an issue as there were two concrete walls and so had to relocate the chime.
@ml_812798949916887 Really. Normally I get an answer within 24 hours. Rarely they exceeded this time.Re-send email to support.
@galati_761284881555688 Then email support on support(@)reolink(dot)com. Every quarter I send an email to support to check whether there is any newer fw for the models I have.
