@c-v_226135858135226 The SP2 provides a power of 5.8W at 6V. This gives a max current of 0.96A. The camera has built in circuitry to prevent overcharging. As long as the power management is able to provide this then there is no issue. The issue that you might have is the input voltage required by the the power unit. If you are doubtful then insert a 1A fuse.
@user_759118822383786_759118822383786 Have a look at https : // www . etsy . com / listing / 1547502962/ reolink-wifi-poe-steel-doorbell-guard Specifically for Reolink doorbell.Please remove the spaces as this site won't allow me to include URL.
@epc-reolink-cameras_747818495504607 Which model?
@cédric_756173795434660 Excellent. Fore sure it was either the cable or the connector. There are cable testers.
@dubster5_327288850321542 The issue is that the WIFI signal transmitted by the old Router is stronger than the one transmitted by the new router. Ensure that you have same signal level at the camera. Then connect it to the new router and switch off the old router.
@cédric_756173795434660 It is a connected issue. If you changed one and it was working why did you change the other end? Always leave some loose cables. That's what I say to my engineers when cabling cabinets to host the servers.
@user_758621586436312_758621586436312 I did ask for it but they are not willing to share. If you need an update I kindly ask you to email support.
@issom I received 8.14.1 (Windows) to correct the disappearance of the icons bar. They are working on the other issue of low video quality when selecting CLEAR. Once the player is optimized they will release an upgrade.
@user_670886045503608_670886045503608 I have seen this complaint and people have to disable the VPN to access the NVR. I suggest you to email support for further investigation.
@alpha019770_447343614267629 See below
@user_670886045503608_670886045503608 Disable VPN and try again. Make sure that the UID is enabled on the NVR else you won't connect to it from an external network.
@janser-dienstleistungen-gmbh_257000373518575 I fully agree but I am a customer like you. I told them several times to keep it updated.
@cédric_756173795434660 And if you use the provided ethernet cable, it will work right? It must be something in the cable. Did you buy the cables or you did them? Sometimes I think I terminated them well but had to redo them.
@jwbcase_473537900306580 It's impossible :).
@cédric_756173795434660 So it may be a termination issue. Check this out https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011593434--Wiring-Standard-of-Ethernet-Cable/What is the length between poe switch and camera?
@trooper69_647698901004322 I don't use icloud. I suggest you to email support. I use ftp, sd and nvr.
@tucker3738_367076416745686 We have requested to add a schedule to the spotlight. I do suggest you to submit your request to support too.
@cédric_756173795434660 How is the camera connected in garage? Are you using the same POE switch? So if the POE switch is used then the only difference is the cable. Did you try to add the camera using its UID?
@mrmoorey Hopefully this together with the disappearance of the icons bar shall be sorted out in the next upgrade.
@mikey-mouse_751707670069467 Which camera model and what is the brand of the SD card?
