@user_775445647925502_775445647925502 I guess you have the newest firmware both versions. You may check from the reolink download center. I don't have the 820 cam and so cannot help. Did you try to reach out Reolink Support?
@hainz74 After update it could be that https is not enabled. Go to network and check it out.Follow this https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900004435763-How-to-Set-up-Reolink-Ports-Settings-via-Reolink-Client/
@mrfchirpy_328132979335308 If it is a WIFI issue the led will be red. If it completely stops then it can be either the battery or the dc adapter. The charging current provided by the adapter is not enough to keep it in operation. Can you measure the output voltage from the adapter? Do you have a similar adapter to check?
@user_711725607157890_711725607157890 If you think that their products are not according to their specifications or your expectation you are free to chose from other brands.
@rob_530137440497875 It has no IR lights. Just a low street lighting would ve more than suffice. Go to YouTube and watch some videos from independent persons.
@rob_530137440497875 that is caused by the IR reflections. Either use an external illuminator and switch off the camera IR lights or have the CX410.
@reolinkshayla Thanks for the support and the great products. We sometimes criticize some functionalities or malfunctions but we do it for you to improve and provide better quality products. Nothing is perfect in this world including ourselves :). Wishing you, your team and your families a healthy, joyful and successful 2024.
@karschti_637593818415162 For the Trackmix WIFI, power consumption is as followsDay=5.3W, IR on =8.6W and Spotlight ON=9W.
@pierre Are you using VPN between the sites? Do you have routers at the endpoints? Try to use 192.168.1.0/23 at both sites. Have a look at https://community.reolink.com/topic/6726/unable-to-access-reolink-ip-cams-from-different-vlan
@crimp-on_62210811129 same here. Support always assisted when requested.
@user_766032062857466_766032062857466 Fully in agreement. Or else MQTT/matter.
@user_773755215593672_773755215593672 Unfortunately the issue is still being experienced even with the E1 OD Pro (but occurrence is far less). It is rather difficult to eliminate completely through fw upgrades. They have to re-design the gearing mechanism.
@user_753931108643014_753931108643014 Kindly check from the Reolink download center that you have the latest firmware installed on your camera.
@user_767637951160524_767637951160524 I am not aware of any keys. I suggest you to submit your request to Reolink support.
@md I wholly agree with you and as you said they have fantastic camera considering the price. However, when it comes to tracking the cameras sometimes don't return to the configured monitor point. This applies to E1 OD, Trackmix and E1 Zoom. In my opinion this is a gearing issue and cannot be solved through fw upgrades. They need to go to the design board and see how to improve the gearing mechanism. Being honest with customers builds instant credibility and helps create more trust. This is my philosophy.
@vodkan_410792752525441 If there is no external access to add an external 4G antenna then forget it. And I do not think that an 1 meter external antenna will provide enough gain. The best option is to try to check which mobile operator has the best coverage in the area where you have installed the camera.
@myreolink_533265780207845 If you recheck what I wrote you will see CEILING. Do a search on the Internet and see what the function does.
@noxtom3000_470435090301120 We have requested this to support.
@joschi_king_379038210244835 Check that you have the newest fw. You can check it out from Reolink Download Centre.
