The PIR sensor (passive infrared sensor) detects changes in the amount of infrared radiation impinging upon it, which varies depending on the temperature and surface characteristics of the objects in front of the sensor. So the detection zone can just set for all. After PIR detection, the algorithm will recognize the person/vehicle. This can realize the partial detection zone settings.

@elger-lavar_545071850492126 You can set up motion recording or continuous recording.If you set up the motion recording, when the motion is detected, you can receive the push/email/alarm notification and the video will be recorded to the SD card.In the APP, you can playback the videos on the SD card. The Cloud service is decided by your need.

Visit the download centerYou may find the latest firmware on our download center. 3. Find and download the firmware (1) Choose the product category first.(2) Find the camera model and click the firmware.(3) Check the firmware and hardware version.①Choose the firmware by clicking the list.②Find if the firmware is newer than yours. For example, V3.0.0.148 is newer than V3.0.130. You can also find it according to the updated time.③Check if it is the same as your hardware version according to the information at step one. Then you can finally download the firmware of your camera/NVR. Don't know how to upgrade the camera with the firmware? It is to differentiate the same camera model with different hardware versions. Though the file name is not with .pak, it will not affect the normal upgrade. The Client will select the correct file to upgrade.3. The firmware of the battery camera is not available at the download center. For the battery camera, if you enable the “Auto-upgrade”, you can directly upgrade the firmware from the APP/Client. Or you can click “check for the latest version” to manually upgrade the firmware.

The firmware for the battery cameras is not available on our download center. You can upgrade the camera on the APP/Client.(1) Auto-upgradePath: Model name(Device info)->Upgrade->auto-upgradeWhen there is a new firmware, it will push the new firmware to you on the APP. (2) Manual-upgradeIf you don’t enable the auto-upgrade, you can upgrade manually. Just click the “Upgrade Manually” on the upgrade setting page.
