@codejack_429390113616000 This display mode is to support the new products like Duo and TrackMix that may need up to two windows to display. For the RLN8-410 with hardware No.N3MB01, the single HDD capacity is up to 6TB, in total up to 12 TB.

Hi everyone, I know that most of you have received the Duo 2 PoE/Wifi camera. According to your feedback, we have optimized the Duo 2 firmware to let you have a better experience. Download the new firmware via https://bit.ly/3r2orQm. Here are what is changed in this firmware and some tips.
1. Improved the AI detection performance at night and solved the issue that sometimes the AI failed to take effect at night 2. Optimized the Motion Detection Sensitivity of night vision 3. Optimize the email alert that the camera failed to capture pictures in complex scenarios when sending email alerts 4. Solved the problem that the pet mark is not shown in playback after enabling pet detection 5. Optimized the playback strategy 6. Solved the problem that WiFi signals didn’t display on Reolink Client when the camera is connected by WiFi 7. Optimized the lighting speed of the spotlight at night vision
Someone may want to ask about the Duo New Firmware too. The Duo Firmware will come soon. It is on testing now. Please stay tuned with our announcement!
If you want to have full functions of the Duo 2 connected to the NVR, you can try to update your NVR(hardware version. N5MB01, N2MB02, N3MB01, and H3MB18) firmware to the latest version. What are the new functions:1. View an 8MP image of the Duo 2(Edited: Only for the RLN36 NVR with the latest firmware.)2. Pet Detection(The NVR with hardware version. N2MB02, N3MB01, and H3MB18 don’t support before.) 3. Expand the Duo 2 in two windows:Click the below “change the image” button and you can expand the image.If you have any questions, please let me know.
