@user_606987780984951_606987780984951 Hi there, the privacy mask may not help to eliminate the IR light reflection. For the FTP, the camera supports it and you can store the videos on the FTP server. And the FTP recordings and the SD card recordings are independent. If you want to delete some recordings from the SD card, you may need to put the SD card on the PC and then delete some of them.

We have solved the problem in App v4.32. The version has been put into the APP store. It will update gradually around the world.
