@hc02225_520896297398435 The videos will also record to the SD card if the camera is connected to the NVR.If you want to check the videos on the SD card, you can connect the cameras to an additional PoE switch, which is connected under the same router as the NVR. In this situation, you can connect the camera to both APP(as a standalone camera) and the NVR. Then you can check the video on the SD card for the standalone camera on the APP.

@greg_537733373169871 We have the scene mode to set up the home/away mode. You can enable or disable the recording, push, email and siren with this scene mode. You just need to activate the scene mode when you are away and you can control all the cameras/NVRs. @john_331308778770565 The wifi plug will be designed to work with the doorbell first. Then we will make it work with the cameras. The wifi plug will be triggered by the motions/AI. Or it will be triggered when the doorbell is pressed.

@kristof @clark The hardware version with V2 is just the new hardware version for the camera. The features are the same as the old hardware version. But for the camera's firmware with hardware version V2, there is no new firmware now.

Please provide your system information, whether you can playback normal, and on which page do you download the video to the support team to have a further check.BTW, now the latest firmware version is v3.0.0.0.148. You can check if yours is the latest. Download the latest firmware via Download Center – Reolink.
