  • Hello, Would it be possible to add a border around the privacy filter editor as currently it's quite hard to create a filter that is 100% from left to right, a simple 5px border would make a world of difference. Thanks. Tom.

  • Hello, I have a Reolink Go PT in operation with a SIM card from Rogers in Canada. Can you add a feature to the mobile software so that any SMS text message sent to the phone number of the SIM card in my Go PT will forward the SMS text message to my cell phone where I run the mobile app?

  • Since the last update,on both my Android devices, the back button does not work with the Reolink app. I have re-installed the app and all Android firmware is up to date. Is this a known issue to be fixed? Thanks

  • In the NVR menu, system shutdown. If this option is used, a dialog box is displayed on the screen.   • Even though Windows Client 8.2.0 could not find an update ("failed") version 8.2.4 is now on the Reolink web site. This new version says "This is the latest version" (the correct result, as long as it it correct). Noticed that the battery status now appears for battery cameras.

  • Just purchased 2 RLC-822A cameras and the newest NVR. Both cameras and NVR support person and vehicle detection which works on Android and IOS but not on the Windows PC app. NVR has been updated to the latest firmware and PC app has been upgraded to 8.2.6. Am I missing something?
