  • Sine I upgraded both my RLC-422’s to: IPC_3816M.476_16111705.ov4689.4MP.AF.REOLINK_RLC-422 The stream type in Encode is stuck on Fluent, Q720p what ever I change the settings to and save it reverts back on both cameras. See screenshot Please advise. DG Screen-Shot-2016-12-10-at-07.49.20.pn

  • I have today ohne cam testet Art work, but i became no connection. At Work I have at the WPA2 Password the sign "-" and It doesn't work at home and in Garden the password are only words and numbers and there work the Camera. Is this normal?

  • Suggestions for the app - allow a way to configure the audio notification on push notifications for motion alerts - fix the spelling of "alart" :) - is saving a captured clip (captured onto the camera'a local SD card) supported? I've not figured out how to do this if so. If not, please add.

  • I did not know that this was primarily a phone thing. I don't own a (cell)phone nor will I. I found a Windows client on this site but it asks me to setup on phone. What the heck? Also, Why does it appear that the receiving device and the camera needs to be on the same network? I am sure it really is

  • Hello, I have 2 RLC-411WS cameras and im trying to use your desktop client to view them. question when clicking on the play button i cannot select the clear mode its grayed out , only balanced fluent and auto are selectable. am i missing something? i want to view the cameras at the highest quality

  • Hi, I would like to see the REOLINK Client to keep my Android screen to stay ON while it's still open. Currently, it will turn off the screen after the idle timeis up, that I set in the Android Display Settings.

  • I have 4 cameras set up at my house, and I currently have a no-ip address, I am able to view 1 camera remotely, but that's it. Have you developed the software to add more cameras to view remotely, or are we still only able to view 1.

  • I received the RLC-411WS. I connected it to my router with the ethernet cable and set it up. It all fired up fine and the camera connected. After that, I did not set up any log in or password info...I just left that stuff to do later. I also put the APP on my Iphone and got it working also. I unplug

  • After updating the firmware on the NVR, and on all cameras, and upgrading the Client software for PC to version 7.2.2.10, the client software application has been very unstable. When I launch the application from my PC, it fires up and connects to the NVR, and all video is displayed as expected. T
