  • Hi, I exported my configuration for my REOLINK RLC-410S, and it generated the filename "config.tgz" which is around 11.2KB in filesize. However, I tried usint 7Zip to extract this file to view the content, but it is reported as corrupted. Is this tarball a good condition file OR is this an encrypt

  • It's pretty clear that connecting a device through the QR code or UID relies on a separate, Reolink owned, service. It works fine, but that's a deal breaker for me because if Reolink ever goes out of business or suspends the service, we'll lose the ability to check cameras on our phones. Therefore,

  • I just upgraded the firmware on my rlc-410 poe cameras to the latest version. reset the passwords as you have to do when you upgrade the firmware. now when ever I access the cameras through my reolink android app version 2.3.77, the frames on my reolink pc client start displaying just a white screen

  • I've been using the iOS app (currently 3.3.26.97 as of this writing) and noticed some behavior that is less than ideal. Wondering if anyone else has noticed this or if the developers can test/fix. I have a Reolink camera at home (RLC-422) and my iOS app has the connection information for it stored.

  • I have the 4 camera system with an NVR and WiFi cameras. So far I have 2 cameras installed but only camera 1 will show up in the mobile app on my phone. What do I need to do to add the second camera? I can see both cameras on my tv so I know they are both hooked up.
