Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. For the PoE and WiFi cameras, they identify the motions by comparing the two frames (before and after). If there is a difference between the two frames, the alarm for motion detection will be triggered. So the light changing will also trigger motion detection. To be honest, the false alerts can't be avoided completely, but you can set to reduce the false alarm. You can refer to How to Avoid False Alerts on Reolink Cameras to learn more.And yes, our cameras are inexpensive and it is also not perfect. You can't add the same camera to the same device in different identity. You can create different accounts for your company members. And then they can log in this device on their own phone. You can refer to Add Users Account for Reolink Cameras via Reolink App to create users account.

Please go to Device Settings-> System Information interface on Reolink Client and check if the model of your NVR is RLN8-410E. If it is, you can purchase the B800 to work with it.

Yes, you are right. If you don't want to the IP address of your camera changes casually, you can assign a static IP for it. 1. Log into your camera. Go to Device Settings -> Network -> General.2. Select Static as Network Access.3. Change IP and remember to click OK to save.

If you want to connect the PoE camera to a PoE Switch/injector, you can refer to the below standard to pick a suitable PoE injector/switch.For Reolink RLC-423, RLC-423S, you need to make sure the PoE injector/switch is 802.3at compliant (48V).For other Reolink PoE camera models, make sure the PoE injector/switch is 802.3af compliant (48V).Note:1. Do not purchase passive PoE injectors as they won’t work very well.2. We recommend that you use the PoE injector/switch of high quality.

C1 Pro can also work with Google Assistant at present, you need to upgrade the firmware of your camera to the latest. Please go to the Download Center to find the new firmware. Thank you for supporting Reolink.
If the error message is incorrect password and you can't enter the correct one, you need to reset the camera to the default setting. But you must take off the camera for setting it up. If you are worried about the loss of the QR code, you can also find it in the back of the camera after removing the battery. If you've configured the camera successfully, you can find the UID in Share page and print it down for further use. Refer to Share Your Configured Cameras/NVRs with Others/Other Phones.
