Do you have a long Ethernet cable? If possible, please put the router closer to the camera and then use an Ethernet cable to connect the camera to the router. We are so sorry that we don't have a further solution in such a solution.

Sorry that the battery-powered camera cannot support to do this. The camera will be in standby mode if it is not triggered by the movement or no one live view the camera, in order to save energy and extend the battery life.
Sorry that there is no voice prompt for the RLC-410W, so you can not hear it talks to you. The camera loses connection with the original wifi after you reset the camera. You need to use a cable to connect the camera to the router to set it up again. All Reolink cameras support a 64GB SD card, but there may be some compatibility issue between the camera and the SD card. May I know which kind of SD card you are using?
