@reolink-fiona In general customers want
@javi-azuaga-reolink_474658219917517 Have you tried to download it through the Windows client?
@mike-garton_343341110194415 Yes, in case of Google FI you need to add Reolink appl as an exception. Once it has been added, you should be able to access your live stream. They complicate our life :).
@kevin_603403140067368 That should be an IoT device monitoring temperature, humidity and smoke and using the IFTTT ...........if smoke is detected initiate an emergency call and inform a group of people, start recording and sound siren, etc. What can be monitored and what action to execute are infinite.
@yoco007_164526624891019 Did you check your firmware? And is this available on Windows client?
@david-bott_212109427744926 I have already raised these requests to both the support and to the forum. Indeed it is cumbersome to email support and ask if there is a firmware or application update. These can be easily implemented in particular the application. I did even request to have the old firmware just in case someone wants to go back one version.
@user_615221313069090_615221313069090 Unfortunately so far one egress video stream. Have a bigger monitor. Your request has been noted.
@yoco007_164526624891019 Yes it does support time lapse. Can you try it out on Android client? And then repeat the procedure from Windows client and see if it re-occurs. Check that you have the newer firmware version v3.1.0.989_22051911_v1.0.0.30. Maybe there is a more updated one too........in which case I suggest you to email Reolink support by quoting your HW.
@spursstew_596145111822340 Check for any firewall rules and also the DNS and DHCP settings. You are not using static IPs right?
@yoco007_164526624891019 Put the default settings again. It could be a resolution issue on PC. Which setting gave you the error? Provide client version.

@mkl Send an email to Reolink support including the HW version and they will forward you the recent stable firmware. Sorry to reply in English despite I studied French :).
@home_198034626125963 For the time being I would rather concentrate on cameras rather than widening on IoT. There are still a lot of features to add to Reolink cameras.
@john_350143387672724 You have a ZOO. Amazing!!!
@rcrennhack_281321279508662 One last resource. Can you open a ticket with Reolink support and tell them if their P2P server is still receiving requests from your camera? Provide the UID. I do not recommend you to remotely restart the router as it may impact the others. In my case I have the possibility to restart my BB router from any location :).
@home_198034626125963 I already suggested Reolink to start thinking about MQTT but so far had no reply of any commitments. Competitors already offer it. Their IFTTT is simple but hopefully it will get complex.
@john_350143387672724 Wonderful!! We only see it on TV here.
@user_594265059643511_594265059643511 I presume this is battery operated camera. It takes a few seconds for the camera to wake up and if the detection is based on PIR then walking towards the sensing area of a PIR detector may result in later detection as it is possible to walk towards the PIR sectors without crossing them (which is required for detection). So the position of the camera is very important. Moreover, once triggered the duration of recording is controlled by a post motion recording timer. Set it to your requirements.
@user_619086925692975_619086925692975 Did you get in touch with Reolink support? For me since you are able to view them through the Android Reolink client then you should receive the PMN through FCM. If you go to the device info on the Android client, do you see the UID field filled with 16 character string? And if you go to About (main menu of appl) and click on system status, do you see token and API at the end of the screen? This is the device token provided by FCM and the API is an identification of the application on Reolink servers. In a nutshell, the camera once triggered shall send a message to the Reolink application server which in turn sends a push request to the FCM (Google) with the device token and the message. The FCM finds the device associated with the token and sends the Push Notification. Can you remove all FW rules and allow everything for testing?
