@stef Please email Reolink support and ask them for the recent firmware for E1 OD. Just include the hardware version. Keep cameras and clients updated.I guess they were from different batches. But anyhow it is easy to upgrade once you have the file.

@user_619086925692975_619086925692975 Are you able to watch live views through the Android Reolink client? If you are able then the camera sends the UID to Reolink P2P servers as otherwise there is no way to communicate with the camera.
@lyle_531706038124792 Hello, I have both models and didn't encounter any of the issues you have described. The detection of RLC511WA is awesome and never missed an object. You need to make use of all the settings to avoid false alarms in particular the alarm delay timer and the object size. A bit of patience during setup and voila'. The only issue I have found is that if you lock the 5G from the main router there might be the possibility that you will not reach the camera. The only way to reconnect is to power off/on the camera. But if you power off/on the main router then it's fine. Support are delving through this and hopefully it will be sorted out in the next firmware release. Well, Argus 3 Pro is fantastic and as you stated it lacks the pre-motion but if implemented this requires a bigger battery pack to keep up its continuous recording. None of the Reolink battery operated cameras offer 24x7 recording.At most times I am able to watch the recorded videos without any issue. Please check that the cameras have good WIFI coverage and you have adequate bandwidth on both the router and the mobile. If possible try to operate them on the 5G band.

@thorindustries_441176308347131 Reolink battery powered cameras don't support continuous recording. They only support motion detection recording.

@alvaro2 Good. But the problem of the guard point deviation will never be solved. I also noticed that in total darkness the E1 OD is not so sensitive even though the sensitivity is set to high. At day time it's brilliant though. So they need to optimize the detection during total darkness. The integrated IR seems to be inadequate. I can add an external illumination to it but this is not the appropriate solution.
@josh-heller_289202530767049 you're welcome. They need to fix appl running on Win 11. For your perusal, Reolink released version 8.8.2 and is available in their download centre. I did install it but didn't see any major difference.
@reolink-fiona Please ensure with the team that the firmware will be rigorously tested before being launched to the general public. Recall that members (like Alvaro :)) will be willing to assist in the testing.
