@user_784224808100067_784224808100067 Try to report it to support on support @ reolink . Com (delete spaces). It should reset setting unless you restored it.
@user_746623229407444_746623229407444 Thanks to let us know. Great. Let's see when we will get it.

@imcneill_467871306096807 PIR can only be enabled or disabled. And I agree with you that there should be a scheduled assigned with PIR activity. I did forwarded the suggestion for quite some time. Or else they can add a schedule and status in the shortcuts which shall be applicable to all cameras. Currently if PIR is activated then yes it will switch off the IR (if dark) and identify the object and check whether the object shall be recorded or not and if a push notification/email shall be sent.

@user_794435485679778_794435485679778 Maybe you need to upgrade the fw. I have a non destrction zone for each object type as illustrated below. If you disable PIR then the camera would detect any object. PIR should be enabled and it can a range of max 10m when the sensitivity is at the highest (under PIR). And detection is immediate when you cross the segments of the IR rather than moving towards PIR. See segments of a typical PIR. Once triggered it will start the application to identify the object and start recording. So it takes some time between triggering and recording.......if the object moves fast then there is a probability of being missed out. That's why dc powered/poe cams are the nest as they are continuously recording and you can have a 10s recording before the detection of the object.
@user_794133330854052_794133330854052 And when you have added them on the smartphone, you access them via the mobile packet data and not on the same home wifi. If this is true then there should be some fw which is restricting certain ports. You may run wireshark and check it out.
@maxuline I got it from support. Email them at support @ reolink . Com (delete spaces as site doesn't allow me). Fw version depends on hw version. Mine is older than yours. I won't think that they will add further features to the rlc511wa. They add the pet detection on rlc811wa.
@maxuline The last fw release is v3.1.0.989_22051909. I had the RLC511WA for more than three years. I would say that I never had any issue with this camera. This is being replaced by RLC811WA.After 2/3 years one rarely gets any fw updates.
@user_794133330854052_794133330854052 Have you activated UID on the cameras? The Windows client has to query the P2P servers (Azure or AWS) to get a public IP to communicate with the camera. You may search for P2P relay server....I explained how it works. There are ports which should be allowed too. Run Wireshark on the PC and check.
@kevin_603403140067368 DUO is an exception. I normally install junction box and hide the cables there... and seal cable to avoid moisture. Never had any issue. Moreover when a thief sees a camera he won't cut the cable....either he hits it or ran away. The Duo use standard 1/4" threads. At Amazon you can find camera mountings. I cannot include url in this site. The existing plastic is not robust enough. Should be of metal or aluminium.
@user_785205237727429_785205237727429 First check that you have the newest firmware installed on your camera. Go to Reolink Download Center. Moreover, you are on an old 32bit client. Current version is 8.15.6 and is 64 bit application.Person sensitivity to 100%.....will result in false detection of persons.........maybe other objects are captured as person. Also try to clean the lens. Are you recording on SD/FTP or NVR? Can you provide the screenshot of your settings?
@it_484462163448014 Take note of their UIDs and add the missing ones. Something happened during the upgrade.
@user_746623229407444_746623229407444 Just leave the auto update enable.
@wolfgang_789771938767034 Just disable push notification on the doorbell for any motion and persons. Note that the sound is generated by your smartphone upon the reception of the push notification from Google FCM. Just leave it for visitor as illustrated below.
@grantiago Only the scheduler is available unless you need to use an API. And recording is available not just picture. To have a picture then use either the email or ftp.
@laurent-rullier_363104639807654 If the POE switches are connected to the router, connect the NVR LAN port to the either the router or to any of the POE switch. Then be careful about the DHCP if this is activated on the router. You can have one DHCP on a network unless you are quite competent in networking.eg
@it_484462163448014 enable http and https from networks. After upgrade both http and https are disabled.Use windows client.
@user_793110460846229_793110460846229 I don't have Alexa and so can't assist. I suggest you to email support at support @ reolink . com (delete spaces as the site won't let me to include email addresses). Moreover, I do suggest you to ask the Reolink users on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/ . There are a lot of customers who have integrated the doorbell to Alexa. Check this out https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/172k3h8/doorbell_issues_with_alexa/
