@gary-d_344027431432324 I hope that they will provide both 32 and 64 bit client and let their client upgrade routine download the appropriate client.
@kontra-laszlo_429237821739215 Can you tell me which version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package you have? If not then install this https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and re-run Reolink client again.
@agronom_694283412033722 What errors are you getting?
@user_694180074676378_694180074676378 Can you tell me which version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package you have? If not then install this https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and re-run Reolink client again.
@ed_682671253913811 Maybe small bits of self-adhesive "Draught Excluder" around the mic hole.
@lilycollins9x_648360100860886 Any camera with RTSP can do. Have a look at https://reolink.com/blog/stream-ip-camera-to-youtube/
@dave_428837158768874 On the old PC it shouldn't have installed as for sure it is a 32 bit OS and 8.10.3 is a 64 bit application. And if installed it should crash. But for the new one it is 64bit and so there is something else. Can you tell me which version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package you have? If not then install this https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and re-run Reolink client again.
@smarticek_594824045961254 Do right click on the live view window and select CLEAR. On the camera side set the highest resolution, fps and bitrate for CLEAR and FLUENT.
@user_694380745515170_694380745515170 Can you go to appl menu, top right hand wheel and disable HW acceleration first. Exit app and re-run and check again. What are the differences between the two Win instances?
@mikel_694285116776640 Yes, http is disabled. But you could have used https which is enabled by default.
@ken-nicki_689090325979334 I fully agree. Kindly send a request to Reolink support on https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/
@dailowarrior_662361195864999 Good point. Kindly send this feature request to support for evaluation and considerstion. Thanks.
@user_688312255041690_688312255041690 It must had something wrongly set as otherwise it would have been left. If you notice any abnormality please report to support. I have the wifi model with the latest firmware and so far no particular noticeable issue. We as customers wish to see more features and enhancements on this product. If you want to be extra safe ask support to provide you with your current apk file. Upgrade with the most recent and in the event of an issue roll back to the older version.
@dave_428837158768874 I have a question pls. Did you install this under your account or for everyone? Can you uninstall it and install it (as administrator) for everyone so that it will be under Program Files? Java error 126 mostly indicates that Win is not finding the dll libraries. Did you try to install 8.10.4 as an admin?

@user_694180074676378_694180074676378 Software is like an essay without conclusion and wholly depends on one's creativity and imagination. In this community we put forward ideas and enhancement to Reolink but it is their decision what and how to implement. Try to install the client on your notebook and check it out.
@reolink-fiona Kindly share with us an updated roadmap. Thanks.
@user_694180074676378_694180074676378 It seems an issue specific to your environment. On my 8.10.4 it is working correctly. It's not easy to know why the calendar is not being popped up. Is your java updated? Try to run the client as Administrator. Try to install it again. If still unable to get the calendar then email Reolink support.
@tranzmetro_671470385975324 8.8.5 is a 32bit application and subsequently installed in directory x86. 8.10.x are 64bit application. Can you try the 8.10.4 which has been released yesterday?
