@letandemetlavie_510638925045941 Better that you email Reonlink support quoting your hw and they will send you the most stable one.
@autopilot Blue and Brown feed the primary input of the transformer which for UK is 240V. You need to connect the video doorbell power to the secondary output of the transformer (where you have the 2 yellow cables). Ensure that the voltage across the secondary is between 12 and 24V as otherwise the doorbell will not power on.
@gabrielvang_317540302094466 See if this helps https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018588454-How-to-Change-My-Reolink-Account-Password/
@rick_499100824453285 Yes you can. See if this helps you out to recover. If not then email support. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012466173-All-Reolink-Client-Versions/
@tinchotommy_222364008116413 See if this helps you to recover. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012466173-All-Reolink-Client-Versions/
@railfan-arizona_485965826351268 So do not run the reolink.exe in the C/Program Files (x86) if you have the reolink_setup_8.8.5. During installation it should copy the configuration.
@reolink-fiona I think you have pointed to the erroneous file in your drive 'reolink_setup_8.10.2.exe'. This is not the Android version 4.37.Update:I found it at Reddit..........https://drive.google.com/file/d/1O_JO1ngCwlDTY2Lrz5Wbp-arUHNvfShq/view?pli=1Can the stretch mode be extended to single view as it used to be? For instance I still get the 4:3 for E1 OD, RLC-511WA, E1 Zoom, etc. with lot of black areas at both sides.
@trelower2_471448109822110 I can understand your frustration. I am trying to help as a member of the community. I did the upgrade and found issues which I reported to support. I am still awaiting a solution for the stream resolution setting.
@bzimpfer_627704403059286 For your requirements you need 2 cables between the laundry and your TV.
@trelower2_471448109822110 I didn't do anything as I am a customer like you. I am trying to help you recover the communication with your cameras.
@bzimpfer_627704403059286 Get the WIFI router and the NVR in the Laundry room too and connect the TV to the port of the router using the cat5/6 you have between the two locations.
@trelower2_471448109822110 On the PC where you have re-installed the 8.8.5 try to delete the cameras and add them using the UID.
@jimbrown-net Download center still shows version 4.36.1.2 (which the majority of us have) and you have version 4.37.0.18? So they have released an application just for you ONLY :).
@nacster_527951104307346 As stated I fully agree but I am a customer like you trying to provide support based on my engineering and software skills. And of course this is security and should be given high priority and dealt with asap. In your case I suggest you to revert to the 8.7.2 which according to members is one of the most stable.
@varghese_73746176557 You need add an exception to Reolink application in the Google FI. Go to Google Fi> Privacy & Security. Make sure Protect your online activity is on. Choose Show More Details > Advanced CPN settings. Choose add an exception, then find and select Reolink from the list of apps installed. Once it has been added, you should be able to access your cams live stream.

@nacster_527951104307346 If it was one of the many applications I have written I have already fixed it. I don't know what to say and can fully understand you. Try to roll back to a version which has less issues. And if you don't have it then email support to forward you a copy.8.8.5 is a 32 bit application and this is not deleted when upgrading to 8.10.3. Just run the reolink.exe in C:\Program Files (x86) but you have to add each camera using the UID as the configuration is placed in a different location.
@bzimpfer_627704403059286 Should be fairly easy............Fibre ONT ethernet port to the WAN port of the WIFI router. Ethernet port of NVR to the Ethernet port of the WIFI router. Uplink ethernet port of the POE switch to the other ethernet port of the WIFI router......and connect POE cameras to the POE ports of the POE switch. Ensure you have DHCP enabled on WIFI router so cameras and NVR get their IP from the WIFI router. In this way you are also able to access the cameras directly by the Android/IoS client without logging on the NVR. But configuration should be through the NVR.
@ranweb_692614897623207 Yes, it can be purchased separately. Plan how many cameras you intend to connect.
@crimp-on_62210811129 So in 8.10.3 they brought back the full screen icon. However, it still has the issue of the stream resolution defaulting to FLUENT irrespective of what resolution you have set it previously. This occurs only if the pc running the client is connected on a network other than that to which the cameras are connected to.
