@user_744973684297915_744973684297915 Depends on the HW version of your NVR. Check it out at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000602543-Comprehensive-Guide-to-Reolink-NVR-Hardware-Versions/Go to their download center and check the latest firmware. If newer then upgrade it.
@rafał-ligęza_320858105589990 use one stream, the sub stream only. Try to lower the resolution and check again the cpu usage.
@user_935060988358828_935060988358828 They use proprietary protocol on battery operated cams and so they can only be accessed through their clients. No http/s.However, you can access the battery cam through the Home hub which is required when one needs to interface them with Home Assistant.
@walders Indeed it is. They really need to improve their software both from features and stability aspect. If your WIFI is better then use your WIFI and disable the one on the Home Hub. That's what I did on mine.
@walders Re: point 2. Reolink are aware of this and stated that they shall provide a fix in a fw upgrade of the Home Hub. So for the time being leave it as standalone.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I can understand your frustration but cannot do anything from my end. @oskar Can you assist this customer please?
@walders_937519280984224 Try to add it using its UID. Ensure WIFI signal is strong at the location of the doorbell. You may use the ookla appl from playstore to check the WiFi speed at the camera location. Need at least 8Mbps upload.
@lawcoleman_109507932147892 unfortunately there is no export configuration. You can add them through their UID or scan the QR code or share if they are on another smartphone.
@dmahon_177079460831370 You can load a previous firmware from their download centre. https://reolink.com/download-center/?srsltid=AfmBOopgBQro7MLEaG0yBIiL6nqyQ_Py0Hxiy4WVLmadOqsJyXtcLNpJDid see anyone else complaining about this on Reddit.
@alkesh_765386509455588 Can you post a pic of the Ring wedge?
@max_896862981800100 You need to open a ticket with support.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 We, European, have different mentality and we seek professionalism in what we do. We consider criticism as a way to change direction and improve.
@big_ted so long to get a reply.
@flarad_910011091763400 Normally we use AI detection and disable motion detection. Otherwise we get lots of false alerts.

@user_935530313380042_935530313380042 I suggest you to take it up with support. Open a ticket.
@user_933469458169984_933469458169984 The best option I see is to restore the camera. This will surely solve most of the issues. Assumption is that there is no issue on the smartphone side.
@reolink-oskar As I have already stated, Reolink should include the battery cams in their download center for customer to check whether any newer firmware has been released. Then they will ask support to push the fw. Why not allow customer to push the fw through the website? This will alleviate emails reaching your support team. Be more proactive pls.
@anthony_290542062964904 Have a look at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000535486-How-to-Add-Reolink-Products-to-Reolink-App-Remotely/
@denverbenve73 Personally, I prefer to connect the cameras through a managed switch rather directly to the NVR port. The hybrid switch is implemented by connecting the 100mbps ports bus to the uplink bus and use software to enable switching. So if enabled, the router assigns the IPs to the cameras. If disabled then the NVR assigns the IP to the camera. If NVR is down you won't access the cameras. So connect NVR and cameras to the switch and the uplink of the switch to the router. Note that NVR and cameras have to be on the same subnet.
