@blueflyer49_779987971661962 You cannot have continuous recording on battery cam due to battery draining fast. So the detection is based on PIR which has a max range of about 10m if sensitivity is set to max. This means that only the PIR circuit is consuming current from the battery. Once motion is detected it will start the application to analyse object and start recording and send email/push notification. So I propose you to set the pir sensitivity to 98 and set the sensitivity of the other objects say to 60 or 70. You need to tune the best settings. Remove any motion or other from push or email as you will be bombarded with messages. Just tag pet, persons and vehicle.
@160334357029011 I have the RLC511WA and has a 256GB SD as per specs.
@rol_640066282610764 The fw is too old and there is a newer version as illustrated below. Go to their Reolink Download Center and download the fw. Follow this link to upgrade the fw of the NVR https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900003659286-How-to-Upgrade-Firmware-via-Reolink-NVR-New-UI-/
@user_825853216972936_825853216972936 So far the NVR will not handle the battery operated cams. But it is coming.
@colin-perriman_493164643934452 The UID should be correct unless you didn't swap or replace the battery. You can follow this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/9327020086809-Getting-Started-with-Argus-2-Argus-Pro/
@makofi-security_686092416798871 which cameras and which NVR?
@user_841046221082755_841046221082755 it should work on both. If the distance between camera and transformer is several meters away then I will connect it to the 24V output.
@user_836958064107727_836958064107727 What is the fw version? Are you using the Samsung S24?
@user_840832707350769_840832707350769 send an email to support on support @ reolink . ComI installed the RLC 811WA and didn't use any template. Just mark the holes with a pencil and drill.
@nsk This has been requested.
@colin-perriman_493164643934452 Should be on the sticker. Otherwise you need to bring it in operation and get it from the Info menu.
@noble64_240089957404909 So your client and the cameras are running on a different subnet. In this case the CLEAR mode is not stored after changing the view window. This is because the client uses the 3rd party P2P relay servers provided by AWS/Azure.
@tomsreolink That's what the text implies. However, before you commit yourself I suggest you to email support on support @ reollink . com.
@reolink-daisy C-NVR is the best option for many reasons. Just fully integrate the battery cams and add more features and that's all.
@reolink-daisy Time to have the Home Hub Pro with more cams, more storage and more features.
@nmarques_360665167245526 I have the RLC-511WA for 3 years and never had any issue. You know what could be is moisture or corrosion in the reset button. Ensure that you protect it well. Spray and wrap it using weatherproof amalgamated tape.
@loonol_836090760433914 Submit your request to support. But rest assured that there are many years to come and we are still using IPv4. The US will be the last to be fully IPv6 :).For sure that this is on their list to implement. It's a question of priority.
@don-gato_805086213865620 the auto update from the camera menu has never worked. You need to go to their Reolink Download Center.
@tomsreolink Not supported by that fw. You can find the info in the link below.https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410520891033-Which-NVR-Can-Work-with-Reolink-Duo-Series-Cameras/
