@dgordon42_415060065599711 Sure that it works fine. It is rather impossible to have everything the way we want in this world. We need to be satisfied with what we have.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 There isn't any changes other than adding text to show compliance with UK PSTI requirements. I am running the .7 and didn't notice any enhancement or improvements.

@blutarsky_820930337951966 it's under detection alarm. You need to watch playback in clear mode.
@dboso_818542505435267 Recording in cloud is restricted to a max of 10s in clear mode and 24s in Fluent mode. See https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007808214-Can-I-Adjust-the-Length-of-the-Cloud-Recordings/Battery powered cams won't allow you to add a guest account. The Cloud service is bound with the Reolink account instead of the camera account. To the best of my knowledge you can't share the Cloud account with the other users. Maybe it will be added later. I don't know. You may email support on this.
@kerry_819612544315589 Why you need a field tester? Just install the client on Android/IoS or Win/MaC and configure them and adjust accordingly.
@user_821561340051701_821561340051701 I told you to use a PC to check that you are able to access the Internet from that port. And thereafter if all is fine, connect the camera. You need to provide dc power to the cam.
@user_821475500150999_821475500150999 Check if they have a fw to do that. Email them on support(@)reolink(dot)com.
@user_795098606113022_795098606113022 You can take out the sd card and insert it in the sd slot in PC. If there are recordings you can view them with VLC player.

@cherihdenn_168519121989811 Submit your request to support on support(@)reolink(dot)com. I don't use cloud service.
@user_821561340051701_821561340051701 As long as the WIFI Extender is working as Access Point, you can connect to its ethernet port. You can connect your PC and check that your PC has been assigned an IP and you are able to browse the Internet.
@user_744650121990365_744650121990365 Try to use minimum resolution and fps from Clear mode setting.
@rolleps_780062497038474 Submit request to support on support(@)reolink(dot)com. The more requests they get the more chance of being implemented.
@blutarsky_820930337951966 If you have the recent Android or Win client, enable motion tagging and play the videos in Clear mode. You shall see the object which has triggered the camera. Try to disable 'others' or 'any motion' and base your detection on AI objects.
@roy_779160530669712 Try to follow the procedure outlined at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037976953-How-to-Add-Reolink-Cameras-to-Amazon-Alexa/
@ml_812798949916887 Depends. If the PIR is triggered then recording should start. But there are times where you are watching a live view and the object crosses its FOV but doesn't trigger the PIR. Under this scenario there will be no recording even though in the live view there is person detection. It's the algorithm which is processing what the camera lens is seeing.
