@phirephoto_633457091563556 From the Windows Client log on the TrackMix, go to Networks/Advanced/server settings and you have access to the protocols/ports.In recent firmware upgrades, https is restricted and one has to enable it through the Windows/Mac clients.
@don-gato_805086213865620 First check that the Trackmix and the NVR have the newest firmware. You can check them on their Reolink Download Center site. Did you connect the Trackmix cameras directly to the NVR or through a switch? If you have connected them through a switch then you can communicate directly with the camera using the Android/IoS client.

@reolink-daisy Many thanks. Can you please check with your colleagues why the subscription to fw upgrades is not working? I subscribed to all fw upgrades for my models and never got an email informing that an upgrade has been released.
@rockjok7_62599473614 If the QR code sticker on the device is lost or blurry, you can still add it by manually entering the UID numbers. In this case, please tap input UID/IP under the scan window, choose UID, enter the UID of the camera/NVR and tap Next to proceed.

@jmulls_307159895634091 Yes, the DUO 2 have good audio. However, there has been an improvement in the E1 OD Pro in their latest firmware. But still there is still some underwater effect especially at low frequency. I informed support to improve it. There is the DUO 3 now but I don't have yet one. However, I haven't seen any complaint on the audio other than the FOV is lower than that of DUO 2. Ensure that before you purchase you know exactly your requirements. Thereafter go through the specs of the camera.
@jmulls_307159895634091 I confirm that I have the same audio issue with E1 Zoom and E1 OD Pro. Lately I got an RLC811WA and the audio was merely similar to the E1. It was improved a bit through a new fw but cannot be improved further. They need to improve the microphone circuitry or at least leave the same cct implemented on RLC511WA, Trackmix, DUO 2, etc.
