@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Well to give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity. This is what I say to my engineers. If you fail you must admit and learn from mistake and be open to suggestions. Sometimes they come from the least expected. I have no knowledge of what models will be out but I know the technicalities esp protocols in IT and Telecoms plus software development. I teach it too.As for the TM fw, I reverted back to previous one.
@user_843824351781036_843824351781036 Check this out https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/11611646412313-How-to-Install-Reolink-Video-Doorbell-Cameras/
@user_780672372097157_780672372097157 Have no such issue. Can you contact support on support @ reolink . Com. They shall ask you for the crash dump to investigate.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I am a customer like you and provide support based on my technical background and experience. If I am a senior manager within Reolink, I would definitely change a lot of procedures and adopt different strategies. Haven't been in Berlin but have been in Munich and Frankfurt. Whenever I developed applications for my customers I performed lots of tests and I used to include a debug mode which will dump data whenever an issue is encountered and then I prompt the user to email me the log file. Then I do my analysis and if there is a bug I sorted it out and deploy a new upgrade. How can you resolve problems without logs?
@reolink-daisy Kindly go through our comments in thread https://community.reolink.com/topic/14545/trackmix-wifi
@sid_534554213130383 untag 'any motion' from recording and push/email notification. Just use AI detection. If still getting false alerts increase the alarm delay and conside to use the object size.
@user_796437497356417_796437497356417 You need to contact support to investigate on support @ reolink . com as I don't use their iCloud.
@ks Which Windows version?
@ks As usual the incompatibility between the player and the video driver.
@ks I never had any issue on TrackMix with previous versions.
@crimp-on_62210811129 This should be included as part of the 'About' in the client. 10 minutes job.Now they have reduced the number of client instances to 3. Previously it was 5. Processor usage ... average 2.5%.@Daisy. Kindly include what has been added, removed and improved in the new Windows client. And it will be nice to have these in the 'About' menu.
@jing_734911040270566 Thanks for the tip. I just installed it and did some quick tests and so far so good. Will conduct more tests tomorrow.
@user_678736611209466_678736611209466 Yes, I do. I always keep previous fw.However, I suggest you to contact support on support @ reolink.com
@zane There is something interfering on your system. I have been running the latest version with no issues.
@iaisrr_374152409329812 It doesn't support PoE, if you plug a PoE camera, you will need to use a PoE Switch or PoE Injector between NVR and IPC.
@user_675991045689422_675991045689422 Hopefully they will fix it.
@user_654306224615431_654306224615431 I did a lot of fw upgrades and so far none of them failed. You may ask support to provide you with an old fw.
@user_717676997320924_717676997320924 I don't have this model. I suggest you to email support on support @ reolink.com.
@reolink-daisy Fantastic.
@dave_wat_ With Wireshark you can see if there is a request coming to your camera. But I cannot ask you for a trace as it will reveal personal data. For me it is strange that the UID is enabled and that you have other cameras which are accessible from an external network. I suggest you to take it up again with Reolink support.
