@markallen79_496179919462539 At one point you need to reboot. If it fails to reload then I suggest you to email support on support(@)reolink(dot)com. Never encounter such an issue when upgrading any of the entity in my system.

@user_726740213256441_726740213256441 Disconnect the other cameras and connect the Doorbell. Take a wireshark trace and see what is happening.

Battery powered cams won't allow you to add a guest account. The Cloud service is bound with the Reolink account instead of the camera account. To the best of my knowledge you can't share the Cloud account with the other users. Maybe it will be added later. I don't know. You may email support on this. -

@kerry_819612544315589 Why you need a field tester? Just install the client on Android/IoS or Win/MaC and configure them and adjust accordingly.
