@alessio-lorusso_385306560032996 Va bene. Di niente.
@artech Indeed. Not my philosophy.
@nathan-vre_586483852447796 check on Amazon for Bingfu 4G LTE Cellular Antenna Outdoor 5dBi SMA Male Antennas
@artech I already emailed them that it should not be based on push notification but rather on voip. Personally I wouldn't have released it. They told me that they are working to improve their method. Let's see.
Check that DHCP is enabled on the router. You may assign a static ip to the camera and PC and connect them to switch. Disconnect switch from router and check again.Is the camera POE?
We have been telling them to have at least the last two firmware but so far this has not been materialised. It's their decision. We are customers telling them how and where to improve.As for the switch, it should work as long as the camera and the client are on the same VLAN.
@user_800031703249048_800031703249048 if the camera and PC are on the same network, this should not happen. If external you will experience it.I suggest you to email support on support @ reolink . Com (delete spaces)
@user_800223313895651_800223313895651 if you have a power point in the vicinity or you have an ethernet cable then I recommend you to opt for a poe or dc powered camera. Their detection is based on pixel changes and are recording continuously. With these cameras you can have recording prior the triggering and you can record 24x7. I have battery cams in location where I can pass any cable. These are better than nothing.Note that I am a customer and not a Reolink employee. I try to assist wherever I can. You may ask support on support @ reolink . Com (delete spaces).
@user_800223313895651_800223313895651 in recording...all the detection type are highlighted?Similarly under email.Note PIR has a max range between 8 to 10m. And it triggers more quickly if object crosses the PIR rather than approaching it.
You need to email support on support @ reolink . com (delete spaces). There was an unofficial site archiving firmware of all Reolink cameras but has been removed. So the only way is to get it from support.
@user_800031703249048_800031703249048 Are you connecting from the same network or an external network? I guess you have the most updated client and fw.
@user_800223313895651_800223313895651 Can you paste your settings (sensitivity, recording, push notification)?
@rohan_748713748697288 I suggest you to submit your request to Reolink support. The more requests they get the higher the probability of being implemented.
@cylanoid_777455682298093 Will drain battery and charging current is not sufficient to keep up with its consumption.
@reolinkshayla yeah it is filthy due to spray. And it isn't rightly installed....that's why I said that
@muppet_652097732632624 You need an encoder like OBS to live stream to YouTube. This allows you to add security stream key required by YouTube. I guess Reolink is using an old RTMP media C++ library. For instance for the RTSP they are using the open source LIVE555 streaming media C++ libraries which again is old (8 years) as illustrated below.
@jing_734911040270566 This is the norm with most suppliers. I used to patch equipment costing millions of bucks and no details were provided. Those were the days when you receive the details and the code changed (in assembly language). And fixing known bugs is the generic one. It's like the adhoc assignment in your job.
@rlmcculley_786860814041236 You need to connect the cameras through a switch and access them directly.
@user_799874300719288_799874300719288 You cannot use RSTP on battery operated cameras. This is only available on POE and dc powered cameras. It will drain the battery in a few hours.
@user_800031703249048_800031703249048 Check if you have auto reboot (from Windows client ...system/maintenance) daily at 02:00am? If yes then disable it and check again.
