@kev_57257967492 I suggest you to open a ticket with Reolink through support@ reolink.com
@kimchigun Agree. But don't be surprised.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 uh... I was replying to another member and didn't know I clicked your reply. Lapsus. I did delete it. Don't worry.
@øyvind_902856519671964 Unfortunately this cannot be fulfilled as all detection objects share a common scheduler.
@kimchigun IPC_NT15NA416MP (Hw version 1) is the newest Duo 3 POE. Maybe you have the first generation DUO 3 POE IPC_NT13NA416MP (Hw version 1). The last fw released was for the NT15. Better you ask support about this.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I can fully understand your frustration. I do not think that this can be corrected by a fw upgrade but entails for a new WIFI chip. I have an E1 OD Pro and Argus 4 Pro which use a new WIFI chipset (WIFI 6) and they do show the correct signal strength.
@crimp-on_62210811129 Note that HDR is software dependent and subsequently can be added. However, WDR is hardware dependent and cannot be added after product is released.
@reolink-oskar This is what the customers want to have. More ease of integration. That's why we tell you to listen to your esteem customers who have more experience. Thanks to StarkillerOG who did a good job. I met him at Reddit.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Keep fighting for your rights. We, European, have different mentality. I have an i7 but did notice an increase in CPU usage at no visual improvements.
@rwsmith_458368852840619 It's a backup. If the HHP HDD becomes faulty (or the HHP itself becomes faulty or they stole the HHP) then you can still access the recordings on the SDs. This is what I have. SDs, HHP and I do ftp the files onto a remote FTP server.
@colin-grimshaw_430254205366491 Yes I know it doesn't come with integrated IR. But if you have one you can add an external one. Indeed a number of customers are requesting that CX cams should also come with IR and I do agree.
@user_944692484972680_944692484972680 They record both the fluent and clear streams simultaneously. You shall have two files for each recording.
@reolink19_49978050083 For RLN8-410 HW version N3MB01 the latest firmware is v3.5.1.368_25010352. This has been released on Jan '25.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Can you check at your end whether this client is using higher CPU usage? The player (live and playback) needs a re-design and they need to get away from TCP for live streaming esp when using WIFI cams.
@big_ted we just suggest and it's up to them. Enjoy the day and have fun wherever possible.
@big_ted So this Win client has been released to sort out bugs which were reported in the previous version. I didn't see any additional feature. I really miss the time when I was leading a sw developing team and my staff would do their utmost to sort out issues reported by customers and discovered by the testing team. One has to try to be positive and move on. Well, you can bring a horse water but you can't make it drink.
@user_915128954822865_915128954822865 That would imply that the application has to be running continuously and subsequently shorten the battery life. In the current scenario, only the PIR and the WIFI reception ccts are active and once triggered the application starts executing the tasks.
@user_943904788275452_943904788275452 Check out my input at https://community.reolink.com/topic/87/how-does-the-reolink-uid-actually-work?post_id=22657&_=1745487756009
@user_744973684297915_744973684297915 Correct. I have never had an instant where the cameras and the HHP performed an auto upgrade. However, there are a few instances where Reolink push a firmware..........but it's rather a rare instant. You need to check at their download center. And if it is a battery cam then you need to contact support to check. We have been telling them to automate this as is being done by their competitors. Still awaiting :).
@big_ted I just ignore. Unfortunately this is the world TODAY.
