@colin-grimshaw_430254205366491 Yes, a number of customers have complained about the low audio level. See https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/1lvo8j9/cx810_mic_gain_too_high_on_new_camera/Older RLC cams have better audio. We told them to improve it and add gain control to the mic cct.
@user_970331172204733_970331172204733 If you have connected the POE camera to the POE NVR ports then the scene mode applies to all cameras. However, if you have connected the cameras through a POE switch to allow direct communication then with the scene mode you will be able to do what you want. With such approach you have more flexibility with the camera options.

@jebarson_972665664467097 We have been asking to add status and schedule to the scene mode (shortcuts) for quite some time. This can easily be implemented on the NVR/HHP.

@user_967761955217576_967761955217576 You need to email support and they will provide you with a beta FW which will allow the integration of the chime to the Home Hub Pro (HHP). I have got it and added the battery doorbell to the HHP. Then I started to get alerts 'Doorbell went off-line' quite often. The WIFI signal at the battery doorbell is very strong and prior to connecting it to the HHP I never had any issue to connect to it. So I decided to delete it from HHP and leave it in standalone until they provide a stable solution. Moreover, when I connect it to the HHP I lost the rich message notification. Hopefully they will add it in the next upgrade.
@jonathan_853599985869010 You need to email support to push you the fw which will allow the integration of the Argus 3 Ultra with the Home Hub. Provide the HW and FW version plus the UID. My Argus 3 Ultra is running v3.0.0.3492_24052209Note that the fw update doesn't work from the camera. .
