@mike_360416283046050 You can try to delete the DUO camera on your NVR monitor. Then add the camera back and assign another channel for the DUO.This is the guide to delete the camera on the NVR, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900003769346-How-to-Delete-Offline-Camera-Information-on-Channel-Management-Page-via-Reolink-NVR-New-UI-.
@courtney_436738619097299 You may need to delete the camera on the NVR monitor instead of the PC Client. You can only delete or reassign the camera channel on our NVR monitor.
@rarjm_505057767411841 If you want to activate the GP Plus manually, you can just click the camera to live view to activate it. If the camera detects the motions, it will also be activated automatically.
@jedi2020_32727772450952 Now we don't have a plan to release an 8MP/12MP DUO camera in a short time. If there is any news, we will let you know.
@mdunning_323765759099098 The PoE camera with the speaker will be with the siren feature. For the PoE camera, the RLC-812A, RLC-1212A, RLC-811A, RLC-823A, DUO PoE will be with the built-in siren.
@justareolinkuser_389876684591300 We suggest our users use the most stable firmware for their cameras. Usually, our new firmware will be put on our download center first. If you want to have the new firmware, you can go to our download center to download it. For the auto-update, it will be controlled by our R&D team. We will also evaluate this feature in more ways to modify the feature. Thank you for your feedback.
@philippe What's your camera model? If your camera is non-battery, you can try to update your firmware to the latest version. There is a new feature, push interval, in the camera with new firmware. You can set up the interval to get the push. You can download the firmware here, Download Center – Reolink.
@nymny_417371890249939 For the doorbell, this will be estimated to be available in June. Do you still have a connection issue with your APP? What's your APP version?
@tboaddison22_495948009447601 The detection of the camera may be affected by the PIR angle and sensitivity. You can try to adjust your installation angle and sensitivity. Here are some tips, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006379253-Installation-Tips-for-Reolink-Battery-Powered-Cameras.

We heard your voices in beta Client v.8.7.0 that the UI in the download list window is not user-friendly. Therefore, in this official version 8.7.1, we decided to remove this update. What are your opinions of the download list window? Please let me know if you have any feedback.
@alvaro2 Have a great day!
@damepol_503000252633335 Thank you for your update.Can you use the camera via RTSP in the VLC media player? If you can do that via VLC and the IPCAM(Apple), that may mean that the port can transfer the data normally. You can try to contact the support of the IPCAM Viewer to help find the issue.
@paigendoug_504316937273591 Thank you for your feedback. We will strengthen the test of the APP. For the PIR issue, you can try to use this new APP 4.29.06. You can download it here, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h0bu-DgbAnIPRbYpsIZm7tHk0vjomswh/view?usp=sharing.
@lbs2reolink The timelapse function will be available in the Client 8.8 version. It is estimated to release in April.
@shane FTP will work as long as the camera is working. If you still can't connect to FTP, please submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support. Our tech will have a further check for you. You can attach some screenshots of the error message and your system info.
@starfish21_37513982370005 Thank you for the feedback. Could you please tell me your phone model and system info of your phone?
@damepol_503000252633335 It is the limit of the IPCAM Viewer. Our DUO PoE supports ONVIF. Most of the ONVIF software can view the two-channel video. But the IPCAM Viewer doesn't support the two-channel view.
@paigendoug_504316937273591 @wkerr_330694622339223 Thank you for your feedback. You can send your problem to the support team and our tech can solve the issue according to more users' feedback. We will fix it asap. Submit a ticket here, Submit a request – Reolink Support.
@alvaro2 Thank you for the suggestion. We do consider the default stream mode setting but it is still on evaluation.For the upgraded version for E1 Outdoor, we don't have the plan for that now. You can also look at our RLC-523WA. It is a 5MP Wifi camera with 5X optical zoom and auto-tracking. Click here to know more, https://reolink.com/product/rlc-523wa/.
