@motionless_505025253454000 Can you try to lower the bitrate or change the stream mode to be fluent/balanced on PC to check? If you have a problem both on PC/APP for all cameras, it may also be related to the network issue.

@dg Thank you for your feedback. I have consulted with our engineer about this issue. And the Client framework is still needed to be improved. We will test more and make it better.

@ks For the camera under the NVR and the standalone camera settings, they are separated. So the notification setting is not synchronized. For the push notification, this is designed to only can be enabled in the phone APP. Because the push notification needs to be compatible with the phone configuration.
@dg What's your Client version now? The latest version is 8.7.1. You can download the Client here, App & Client - Reolink. The live view quality may be also related to the network. You can try to change the stream mode to fluent or lower the bitrate.
