For the configuration import functions, our R&D team removed it before because many users have imported the wrong file into the camera, which will mess up the settings of the camera or cause it dead.

In the 8.7.0 Client, the default stream mode of the one-camera view is set to balance, which is to ensure the smooth video.

@nodders Hi there, you can try to enable the network ports on the Client. In the new firmware, the ports are default closed. Network Settings->Advanced->Port settings

For the pet detection function, it is only available for the 8MP AI camera now. The pet detection on 5MP camera is still testing.

Do you have the AI filter button on your APP? On the bottom of the playback page, you can click to filter the alarm video. The circle icon means any motions. The other two are the person/vehicle.

If your camera is with person/vehicle detection, you can upgrade your camera to the latest firmware. With the new firmware, you can adjust the alarm delay to filter the raindrop alerts.
