@apogee-wilts0r_484831912710325 You may need to check the port setting in the Client. (Network settings->Advanced->Port settings The RTSP port is default closed. You can have a check.
@faasio82_480971996033257 What's your camera model? Only the 8MP and 12MP camera can support pet detection in this firmware.
@milosz1000_297883755180210 Sorry for my mistake. The spotlight will be only available in the standalone camera instead of the NVR. And it is only available for the camera with the spotlight. The RLC-822A is without the spotlight.

@mbzt_424281994174717 In order to get the more fluent video, we set it to standard mode at default. So it will be standard mode when reopening the Client. For the E1 Outdoor firmware, we will push the new firmware directly via the "auto-upgrade" or "check the latest version". Because there are different version firmware for the E1 Outdoor, we need to push the firmware according to the specific system.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Afin d'obtenir une vidéo plus fluide, nous la définissons sur le mode fluide par défaut.

@pdownes2001_384636162646205 Yes, it is the new feature in the AI firmware. It still needs to be tested more. You can tell me any feedback about pet detection.
@faasio82_480971996033257 Thank you for your feedback. We will record your demand.
@bufr9302_473220546592974 Now there is no setting in the RLC-811A. I will record your demand and forward it to the product team.
@wierdwizerd_490237651271931 For now, do all your videos uploaded still have issues? or just some of them? If the problem exists, it may need our support team to have a further check for this specific issue. You can submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support.
@burkm_172321696190677 Thank you so much for your feedback. For the HTTPS issue, it is the reason that the self-signed HTTPS certificate is used by default. It is safe. Don't worry. To reduce the false alert, you can try to set the alarm delay and the sensitivity first. For the object size, because the detection object may be changed as the object gets closer, this effect of the setting may be affected. We will seek ways to figure out the wall reflection issue during the auto-tracking later.
@milosz1000_297883755180210 Do you connect the RLC-822A to the NVR? If so, you can try to upgrade your NVR to the latest firmware. Then you can see the spotlight option. But now the smart detection type option is not available in the NVR. It is just available in the standalone camera.
@robin-thevenet_300768852820175 You can try to upgrade your NVR to the latest firmware v.3.0.0148. Then the issue will be solved. You can download the new NVR firmware on the download center.
