@bcfd45_464671899213983 Hello there, may we know how far is your house from the garage? If the distance is longer than 80 meters, it may not work as it is difficult for the PoE switch to transmit data at such a distance.

If it is less than 80 meters, you may set up your system as the image below.



Note: 1. Connect the PoE switch to your router directly with the CAT 6 cable. 2. You will need to power up the PoE switch separately.

@shanemartyn86_491151311667373 Hi Shane, thank you for the suggestion. We don't plan to release any battery cameras with separate PIR sensors soon. But we do plan to add a pre-alarm feature to the battery cameras with smart person/vehicle detection, including Argus 3 (4MP), Argus 3 Pro, Argus PT 2K, Go Plus, and Go PT Plus. With this feature, users will be notified once the camera detects motion events.

However, it is not possible to wake up the camera 1 to 2 mins, or even 5 mins before an event. In your case, it is best to use a camera that records 24/7 instead. Hope this helps.

@cameron-may_201080395722987 Hello Cameron, the cloud recordings will be overwritten automatically when storage space is full or the video history is over 30 days (60 days for a business plan).

You don't have to delete cloud recordings on your own. Also, you are not allowed to do so because these recordings are not recoverable once you have deleted all of them. Hope this helps.

@amobine_491265248649440 Hello amobine, we are working to gain authorization from AT&T and the 4G cameras will fully support ATT SIM within 3 to 6 months.

If you want to use the ATT sim on our camera now, make sure that you choose a SIM with talk and a pre-paid data plan. Hope this helps.

@r1150r_460398823895203 Hello there, the Argus PT and Argus PT 2K cameras won't support preset position settings. We don't plan to bring this feature to these two cameras as well because it may require higher network speed and result in quicker battery consumption.
