@marcus You're very welcome, Marcus.
@ben-weltevrede_490125244154035 Hi Ben, to avoid quick battery drainage, we have removed the access to our battery cameras, including the Argus 3 Pro, from a web browser. It is best to access the Argus 3 Pro camera via the Reolink mobile app or desktop app.Also, please do not change the settings when you get the page after typing in the camera's IP address. Or else, it will result in potential damages to the camera. Hope this helps.
@reocam_448003255267488 Thank you for the feedback. We will upload the latest version to our site as soon as possible.
@mail_490016591929474 Hello Marcus, there is a slight difference in the chips between the hardware ver. IPC_515SD6 and the IPC_515BSD6. However, all of their features and functions are the same.You may find the firmware for your camera in Download Center, https://reolink.com/download-center/. Click on WiFi Security Cameras, scroll down to find E1 Zoom, and click on Firmware.Next, click on the down arrow button and choose the second v3.0.0.716 on the list. You will find the latest firmware for your camera with hardware IPC_515BSD6. Hope this helps.

@metal-me_488723804848306 Hello there, thank you for sharing your idea with us. However, we don't plan to release any other cameras with a non-integrated powerline. As @Crimp-On_62210811129 says, this is not our niche. Big thanks for sharing your ideas with us again.Also, note that this community is for Reolink users to discuss Reolink products and services only. Please remove the pics of the products from other brands. Thank you in advance.
@suen_andrew_488833462579378 Hi Suen, thank you for the feedback. I have sent you a message on this issue. Please check it out and let us know if you have any questions.
@metal-me_488723804848306 Hello there, thank you for the feedback. We will take a further look into the authority signed CA certificate.An easy workaround is to disable the HTTPS and enable HTTP only. Use the original snap URL with HTTP and it shall work. Let us know if you have any questions.
@tazzy_423116622815407 There is not very much info we can give now. At the moment, we are still "struggling" with the name and features of the first trail camera (lol). But it shall be available in late April this year.
@suen_andrew_488833462579378 Hello Suen, thank you for the feedback. You may check the camera info and see if your E1 Pro is running with the latest firmware. Find the latest firmware here, https://reolink.com/download-center/When you download firmware, make sure it fits the hardware version of your camera. There are two hardware versions of the E1 Pro camera, one is IPC_513SD5 and the other is IPC_515SD5.Let us know if you have any questions.
@tazzy_423116622815407 Our team is still discussing whether and how to add the spotlight settings to the cameras now. It would take a long time for us to design and develop a new feature as we need to ensure its performance. We don't think 10 days would be enough for us to deliver a good feature. How do you think?
@tazzy_423116622815407 Thank you for the suggestion, Tazzy. Our Go PT camera supports up to 128GB SD card and the trail cameras that we plan to release later shall support 128GB SD card as well.
@lars_455575943418087 Hi Lars, thank you for the feedback. This issue happens because the ONVIF is disabled by default in the v3.1.0764 firmware. You may access the camera via a web browser and enable ONVIF. Note that the settings to enable/disable ONVIF is available on web UI only now. But it will be available in the next desktop client update, which is ver 8.6, coming soon within a month.Let us know if you have any other questions.
@metal-me_488723804848306 Hello there, this issue happens because we have enabled HTTPS and disabled HTTP by default in the v3.1.0.764 firmware. You may change the http to https in the snap URL to see if it works. Or, you may access the camera via web browser and enable HTTP. Note that the settings to enable/disable HTTP is available on web UI only now. But it will be available in the next desktop client update, which is ver 8.6, coming soon within a month. Let us know if you have any other questions.
@tazzy_423116622815407 There are major updates in this firmware version and we will share more info in a later post.To deliver the best performance, we recommend you to click Update Configure Files when you upgrade the camera with the latest firmware. Of course, this is a suggestion and you don't have to do so. But clearing all the settings and setting them up again may deliver better results. Hope this helps.
@tazzy_423116622815407 Hello Tazzy, please check if you have clicked Update configure File before you upgrade the firmware. If yes, all the settings will be removed. However, it is suggested to remove all the previous settings when you upgrade your camera with v3.1.0.764(beta) because it is an important upgrade from the previous version. With all the settings cleared, you will be able to get a better experience of the new features.
@metal-me_488723804848306 Hello there, thank you for the feedback. By saying snap URL, do you mean FTP upload feature, RTSP URL, or the IP address URL to access the camera via web UI? Please specify so we can help. Thanks.
@bocephus_371391602962608 Hello there, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our team has offered you two solutions, one to send you an adapter from another warehouse but it may take 10 to 15 business, the other is to compensate your cost to buy a DC 5V/2A power adapter on your own.If you prefer to get a free adapter from us, we will send one to you immediately and you may need to wait to get it. Let us know if you need anything.
@james_468939447730334 Hi James, we will release the latest firmware for the RLC-823A camera with tilt tracking support within a week. Stay tuned!
@jbadenser_423234339885295 Hello there, when you hear the ding ding sound, you can add the camera to the mobile app and continue the initial setup procedure. Follow the setup guide here, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5AgWTysN7I&t=68s, and get the camera work. Hope this helps.
